      Unfortunately my father passed away last July, and left me as his beneficiary of his estate. I live in ******** and my father lived in *********. We were led to believe Brooklyn Moving *** was the most competent and trustworthy company for the big job so we continued with the move. Its not like we had a choice because we already paid a deposit, which was thousands of dollars. Brooklynn Moving ** showed up with only three guys. I felt that was leaving them unprepared for the large move they had ahead of them. They didn't finish loading the truck until 3 am. I later found out that my fathers neighbors gave the men from Brooklyn Moving *** beer around midnight. The movers stopped, drank beer and continued moving our stuff while drinking more beer. I didn't appreciate the movers working under the influence of alcohol. That made me very uncomfortable and with good reason. That explains why a lot of my parents expensive items were damaged beyond measure.I thought it was better to hire professional movers to move my deceased parents items, rather than move them ourselves. I now wish I hired someone else. Most of what my parents left to me was irreplaceable vintage furniture. There are multiple items damaged, which broke my heart. All the years my mother took excellent care of her furniture. That was disregarded by Brooklyn Moving *** Unknown to me they started putting my parents irreplaceable items in the truck without even wrapping them. I trusted, but The guys from Brooklyn Moving *** damaged most everything. The items had lots of ******* scratches, broken glass, have broken legs and were completely scraped up! Originally the items did not have one scratch on it before the move. Im not going to be able to replace the damaged items, nor will I be able to fix the broken and damaged. I cant express how disappointed and hurt I am by Brooklyn Moving **mpany. Learn from my mistake! Do not hire Brooklynn Moving **mpany if you dont want your items ruined when they arrive.

      The best customer service Ive ever experienced. The movers were so helpful, professional, and quick! All my stuff was in perfect condition when moving to my new place. Will be hiring them again in the future 10/10 service!

      Quoted price on Internet 1685. Then talked to agent it goes to 2700. Then the movers show up its ******* not happy. Mad!! Then had a deposit of ******. Thats gone. Then they only take bank drafts and Zelle. So at first took debit card then you cant get your belongings until you bank draft!! ************** great men!! But company is a bait and switch!!!

      I wish I could give no stars as they completely forgot to ship my items and I had to remind them that I had not received my delivery. They claimed that it was not their fault but when I don't hear back from you for 3 weeks then it becomes pretty clear that I was not a priority. In terms of moving, they broke *****, my tv and ceramic pots. Please save yourself the hassle and do not work with them. They are expensive and ineffective.

      This was very long and hard move for an 87 year old gal from ********** to **********. I have nothing but great things to say about my movers. Three arrived in a clean huge *********** my thing were wrapped and carefully transported along with 50 plus boxes I was made aware of additional costs due to a few more things added after quote I highly recommend using them ***************************

      The company provides great services and the people are professional carrying your belongs. Just be mind full the cost does go hiring a lot hiring than what they estimate.

      Moving services Amazing guys the pick me up in time and deliver me on time and then had any issue that all my stuff without damages. The customer service is very nice as well. I will recommend them for your next move. The movers did really amazing job. I live on the third floor they didn't charge me for any stairs

      From the beginning, these folks were easy to work with and very professional. They treated the item to be moved like their own. The move was completed in the set time frame with no damage/scratches.

      They were awesome, joyful and worked hard to get my stuff loaded as quickly as they could they handled things with care and explained the process of everything to me, I am 100% satisfied with them
