      Absolute disaster, please read my review before you contract this moving company......after online search i got a basically a decent moving price from ********* to **********, of course we set the price then their rep came to my house and the price increased by $ 900 , i didn't think twice as i was really in a time crunch to move, i accepted the offer then they came and loaded my stuff , with a horribly oor handlling.... my stuff arrive to ********** actually in a very good time, most of my boxes were cushed , few items were broken as usual, but the most interesting part that they delivered two totes that doesn't belong to me and i was missing two totes.... I called them to report and they sent their guys to pick up the wrong totes right away and promissed to get me my totes, today is 08/16/2022 they said ohhh we can't locate your totes consider them lost and file a claim, what a rude poor customer service and obviously they don't give a **** about your stuff.few days ago i found out from my bank that there were trying to process a duplicate payment for money i already paid them with a check and they were trying to cash the same check again and had to call my bank and stop the payment, this is total scam and fraud and i will report them to the approperiate government agencies....i have record from my bank, so please be aware of those people.

      I used this company to move across the country in January. I've moved across the country four times previously and never had such a terrible experience as with this company. First, they were late. It took them a full five weeks to move my things. I've never had to wait that long for my stuff to arrive. Second, they broke nearly everything delicate that could possibly have been broken. My grandmother's antique cookie jar that survived four previous cross-country moves? Broken. Glasses? Broken. Jars? Broken. Bookshelves? Broken and ruined. Dents in everything. Worst moving company ever. Do NOT use this company. Unless you don't care about your things and expect them to be broken and crumbled in pieces.

      Brooklyn Moving **** was contracted out by a broker, ********************. We are highly displeased with both of these "companies." The reason being that ******************** should contract with more trustworthy companies. Because of the poor choice in who to assign our belongings to, I will be giving Allegiance a poor rating, as well.We moved across the country in July 2022. We have gotten nothing but the runaround from Brooklyn Moving Company. They are the most disorganized, lying, cheating company I've ever dealt with. First they said they had a truck available and that we would be receiving our items. Come find out, that truck had "transmission issues" so was unable to deliver. In that instance, they should have bent over backwards and done everything humanly possible to get another truck - even if that meant borrowing from another company. Instead, they have put us on the back burner, and we literally have no idea when - or even IF - we will ever get our things.Our belongings are being held hostage by this terrible company. Furniture, beds (my husband, my two children, and myself have been sleeping on the floor for WEEKS), precious valuables, etc. What they are doing and how they operate their business is sick and wrong. As a "professional" business, they should be able to give us a secure date as to when our things will arrive to us. They don't take any responsibility for their ineptitude. Their customer service is horrific. This company has cheated us out of and STOLEN a LOT of money (I think our total **** will be $15,000 or so) from us. Because of their inability to do their JOB, we have had to fork over a lot of money for things we already HAVE that they are refusing to get to us. We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on things just to be able to function as a family in our every day lives, because they won't get our things to us. And they also refuse to provide any compensation or refund.Brooklyn Moving **** GET US OUR BELONGINGS!!! NOW!!!

We try to ensure a smooth delivery, and pickup, and send out our drivers when they are available. We do explain this to you the day before we pick up your items, the day of pickup, it is written on your paperwork, and we also call you after your pickup to explain this again. You had advised us that your first available delivery date was 7/23/22, we had loaded your items out for delivery on 8/8/22. The driver is en route and will call you the day before delivery.
