    I went to Jr ********************** to have some work done to me car, I spoken to a Mechanic name ****** and told him what need to be done, My check engine light was on the code P0303 and he want and got another Mechanic that said he have to do a Diagnostic and he stated that my SPARK PLUGS just needed to be change, this was at 9:30am. Every time I looked out the window he was working on someone else car. I stated to him that I need to leave by 12:00pm so I can get to work, he do not get finish with my car until *****pm which my me run late, and shortly later after leaving the shop the check engine light came back on approximately at 12:36pm. I called the shop back and spoken with *** and she said **** the manager said bring my car back in the morning. I returned Saturday at 8:00am and ****** went and hook a OBD Code reader and turned the check engine light off and told me the light was never on. I called to speak with the manager ****, and I was told he wasn't in. Any called him and she told me he said come see him Monday morning around 8:00am. I call twice this morning and whoever answered the phone stated that he won't be in until around 12:00-1:00pm today. And the Mechanics left oil all over my hood of my car. I want a full refund and I well take my car some where else They charge me $97.47 for Spark Plugs and $245.00 dollars for labor. which is outrageous for the work they did not do..
