    I selected ****** from a list of other providers because I needed someone to take my large area rugs and clean them offsite at a facility (they are wool). The process started out great. He came by to pick up my rugs and asked that I give him a 50% deposit. I paid him $444 on 10/31/2023 via credit card. He committed to getting my rugs BEFORE Christmas.Here's where it went BAD:* I didn't hear from him since 10/31/2023 and figured that he was busy and would get back to me.* On 12/13 - I texted him to my rugs back and he said he is still working on them and will get back to me by the weekend. I didn't hear back from him.* On 12/17 - I texted him again and he said he was in ******* and couldn't get to me and said he will be finished by end of day. I didn't hear back from him.* On 12/18 - I texted him again, and he messaged me that he was not available for some personal reasons.* On 12/19 - I texted him again and asked when I can get my rugs back. He He replied that he is still out and that he will get someone to deliver them back to me in two days.* On 12/20 - I texted him asking when his associate was going to come over to deliver the rugs. He went radio silent and did not respond back to any of my texts on 12/21, 12/26.* On 12/27 - I texted him that I can come out to his shop and pick them up. He mentioned that he was still out and then went radio silent since.* On 1/4 and 1/17 - I texted him to see what was up with my rugs with no response.
