In December 2022, BBB investigated E Modern Tech’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by an increase in consumer complaints received by the BBB. Consumers allege the business has failed to deliver orders, failed to provide tracking numbers or provided non-functioning tracking numbers, charged double the list price, and is hard to reach in order to get an update on delivery, cancel the delivery, correct the billing, or request a return for a refund.

Processes to ensure the product is delivered within the advertised time frame;
Communication protocol to keep consumers informed of any delivery delays;
Procedures the business follows to ensure that consumers voice messages and emails are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner;
Process of auditing orders to ensure consumers are not overcharged for items purchased;
Please detail your order fulfillment process from the moment a customer places an order;
Is there another phone number or email address consumers can reach the business to get an update on shipping, cancel delivery, request a correction to billing, and request a return for a refund?
