    Awful service! They are continuing to string me along that the cancellation paperwork is coming, however after months of dealing with them over something that was totally their fault (twice they lost all contact with our vehicles and we couldn't pull video when we needed). We have been told the cancellation is submitted for approval, but have yet to see paperwork on it after months of dealing with this!

    "I wouldnt even give them a star. I signed up for a trial, but the equipment didnt work. I returned it, yet they kept charging me. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges, and I wasn't able to get a refund. Now, theyve sent me a $5,291.79 bill. No one pick up the phone except for the sales team which they claim they can't help. Several email were sent and zero acknowledgment.. On top of that, theyve been making fun of my name, calling me ******* *****. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience."

    I wish I had checked the reviews before trying them. This is a horrible company worst service. Can not get ahold of anyone even if you never used the product and cancelled. Please do not waste your time. They still charged my card too.

    Company is a rip off never stops billing over two years. Still sending bills every month talked to 10 people. My next stop attorney general.

    Jan/2024 I sold my business to another company cancelling my service with Azuga, The new company took all my vehicles. Each one of my vehicles had their tracking units. The new company was already using Azuga for their vehicles. Azuga informed me that I had 6 months left on the contract and I would have to pay an early cancelation of $100.00 per unit. I informed them that I was month to month, they told me that I signed a renew with them in April 2021, I told I did not. This form was signed in 2019 for two years. I never signed a new contract with them. They sent a CC authorization form that I never filled out. We aggreed that I would go month to month, and I would let them charge the CC till I cancelled. Now I sent them four emails about the cancelation. And they said they have received them, but they are still billing me and I have talked *************************** several times and it is like talking to a wall. Anyone out there reading this note do not use them find another company. The business that bought my business they would not let them transfer the units their account. The last email and conversation that I had with ***************************, i told her to take me to court.

    Huge scammers, they dont care about their customers. I bought 2 dash cams from them last year at march. They sent my cams via *** a month later but I didnt receive them. I asked them where are my dash cams? Another month later they replied that dash cams were couldnt deliver and were returned back to them. Azuga tried to send my dash cams again but couldnt deliver. Finally only at September (6 months later) I received them. Also they were charging me $70 every month since march for monthly service fees. Why? This is unfair. But this is not the end, when i tried to install dash cams to my trucks I couldnt, because dash cams connection were different. Ive sent pictures to them showing that connection is different and its impossible to connect. And guess what? They didnt resolve an issue. They didnt replace dash cams. They decided to stay silent and keep charging my card every month. *** wrote many emails to them asking to resolve an issue and stop charging me, because its unfair, their dash cams are useless. But they never get back to me, they just dont care. Avoid this company!!! Stay away from them! Dont waste ur money
