    Grateful!!!I have a long list of gym that I have tried, started for a month or two then just lost the motivation. Its been 6mo my first time around, then I wanted to go on my own to one of the local mainstream gyms taking the tools that i have learned with me. My trainer at the time was DJ and he was so supportive to my needs and my health problems i was dealing with. I got to a point where I felt ready to leave the nest I worked on my own for another 8mo and now have decided to return.The Return!Fantastic, there was a new renovation and added equipment, new trainers, and really great family like people. I needed the new routine after going on my own for a bit, it its been a really rewarding experience. Its weird to say, but knowing the person next to you is going through their own struggle right along side of you, is motivating and inspiring.Im really happy with the decision to first seek out this place, and to come back. I know everyone have different experiences and thats just the way of life, but for me, and the people that i see 2x a week, we are happy and work hard!Thank you DJ for always being supportive and listening to my personal journey, also thank you for updating the facility and for screening the great trainers. You really made it feel like a community See you for Leg Day!
