    Ordered wrong Battery type, asked for a return next day. The store manager refused to accept a return. Manager got my phone number and will verify with Vendor if possible to return??, but never call back as promised. At the end of the day, I call the store, they put me on hold for a 15 mins, manager refuse to talk to me, and let me talk with the staff. Anyway, at the end, they agreed to return 50% credit. This is a not good customer service, I am not recommend anyone to shop at this sore. Please stay away

    Went to get a battery replacement and had a lifetime warranty, been there three times but this time they said I dont have an account. The last battery only lasted a few months so will never give them my business again. I went in on a Monday and had to wait until Friday to have a jeweler do the work. This is the store on West ****.
