Service, courtesy, efficiency workmanship form all employees was excellent. Would recommend this business to everyone. My Lenox AC system is brand new, purchased from Lowes and not even halfway to its life expectancy. I paid over $14k for system to include everything, I.e install, etc. On top of the brand new system I signed up to be a club member, paying $21 a month for regular maintenance twice a year to make sure the system will last longer than expected but instead the opposite happened. According to the technician I have a cooling coil leak and it needs a replacement. This replacement will cost $5k (this amount is just for installation because the system is still under warranty. Bottom line here is why? The system is brand new and it was being maintained. (I am not even done paying for the system yet, now another $5k for the cooling coil!Should I give a 5 star or a 10 star for the rating. I will leave that up to you all to decide. The system was managed and maintained by comfort now, but its being handled by Lees Air. I should give them 10 stars instead of 5.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
