Lees Air arrived to do annual maintenance on our AC unit. ********************* was the Technician that performed the maintenance.***** was very professional, he kept us informed on his estimated arrival time and once working on our unit explained what he was doing and if there were any issues found. No issues found with our unit. He answered any questions we had and did the service in a very timely manner.Very happy with ********************* work and with **** Air continued efforts in keeping our HVAC system in top operating condition.

I cant say enough about the team that was at my house for the last two days. Absolutely professional, polite and worked exceptionally hard. My old HVAC had a long life (1990-2024!). I was advised to strip everything out and install a whole new system. I trusted their professional judgement and agreed. They had everything ripped out day one. Day two they had everything installed and up and running. They worked late and made sure it was all complete, cleaned up, explains the basic functions and gave me a folder with all the info on the equipment, Invoice and warranty. They will return to seal all the air ducts in a few days Couldnt be happier with the people, process and professionalismLee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

Our house is new (5 years old) and in our time using Lees to service the ** they have told us the reason the new unit isnt working well is because the ducts are too small. So we paid a pretty ***** to get all new ducts. Then not too long after its not working well again and this time they say its because the coil leaked. We then again pay a pretty ***** for the coolant refill. Yet again its not cooling well and the last tech was nice but seems to have made it worse. We pay as members and the free maintenance always ends with something being very wrong that only a senior tech could look at and then they charge us like crazy. Weve paid thousands and the a/c still doesnt work properly??? ScamLee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
