    We had our a/c replaced by our home warranty and Dan with Precision Aire did the work. Less than 5 years later, the a/c stopped working. We called a different a\c company to check it (we wasn't happy with the service originally from Precision Aire) they said the coil had a leak and we should call the company who installed the a\c and turn it in for the manufacturer warranty. So, we called Dan. After looking the a\c over he practically ran to his truck saying call someone else. No explanation, no service. I called to talk to him asking for an explanation and he hung up on me. Then sent me a text accusing me of being hostile and said he would call the authorities on me. My belief is Dan doesn't want to do warranty work where he can't mark up the products.
