    NO CONFIDENTIAL INFO LISTED: Continually undependable service. Impossible to reach, call, email. Delivery notifications are wrong many times. Today I found a man in my lobby removing the stick pin to a large ******************** envelope with my new card. When he saw me, he stopped and quickly went out the door. Thanks a lot UPS who dont give a **** about customers. I am notifying my bank of the occurrence AND the ********* ******

    I was waiting for already 2 months my check from UPS for damaged box and I never got ******* can call them 24/7 and they only can tell you:" you need to wait 7-10 bisness days".No tracking number,NOTHING.I'm very disappointed??

    Had wrong item (large item) inappropriately sent to my home. No information about seller on the item. Contacted UPS and told to talk to ******. ****** called and they differed to UPS actually contacting them while I was on hold. I then was connected to a UPS customer service member who got my name and told me a local agent would contact me to arrange a time for the pick up. I was then called by the agent (******) who said they would just pick the package up and speak to her manager about it later. I then was called back again by ****** who told me that her manager (******) said that I had to get this figured out by ****** to arrange a pick up and that they could not do anything. 1 hour and very irritated after I am on hold with ****** trying to arrange a pick up for an item that I did not authorize nor have had any help along the way. Very **** poor customer service by ******************** and no customer resolution at all. I would never use them if I had the potion at this point as their customer service and conflict resolution grades F - at this point.

    Not a week ago UPS delivered a ************************************************* to wait 3 days before they would do anything I've asked Amazon not to use UPS for my orders but they refused to do so Yesterday I got notice another order is delayed 5 days Amazon needs to stop using UPS on prime members orders

    Ordered something for my upcoming trip. They lost my package, then said it was a bad address when they just delivered a package that day for my son. Now I cant pick it up cause they dont have a desk to pick it up at ! They are no help on the phone customer service is a f****** joke ! Horrible company! I hateUPS

    I had an issue where I mistakenly input the wrong address. I contacted UPS right away because the shipper could not change the address as it had already been shipped. UPS kept telling me to refer to their website or contact my shipper to change the address. None of it was to help me resolve my issue. All of it was a scam to get 15 dollars out of me. If I had waited until the last minute to call and have it resolved maybe I could understand having to pay to change it.No. I made the order. Saw the mistake. And now this package is going somewhere that could s**** me over tremendously in one move. So I don't trust this company at all and would never trust them with any of my packages. If I can avoid using them I absolutely will and so should you.Don't get me started on the robot that prevents you from talking to a person that might actually be able to help you.Always check if UPS is handling your package because if they are they are mishandling it.

    There was fraudulent activity that took place with an abandoned UPS account related to a business of mine that closed down years ago. I have been trying to close the account and stop receiving invoices for several months now. I have spent countless amounts of time on hold or on calls with customer service. Despite thinking everything was FINALLY taken care of, I have once again received an invoice and have found myself back on hold with customer service and have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for billing to take the transfer call from whomever initially took my call.This process is incredibly inefficient and frustrating. UPS, do better!!!

    A UPS driver just ran me off the road. The driver tailgated me in the right lane on a major highway, then cut off the driver in the llane to my eft, then cut me off when they cut back into the right lane. UPS does not take calls regarding dangerous drivers. DO NOT USE UPS.

    I paid for 2 days shipping and its been days and my package has still not gotten to me. They are very very unprofessional and dishonest. They are horrible people who does not care about thier customers I would never ever use them again

    In an attempt to reach technical support I spoke with three different people who all gave me different phone numbers to try and then waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes and I was hung up on. Garbage No wonder you are losing revenue/business.
