    DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT HAVING THE PRODUCT IN STOCK!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! They had an Aramith ball case for sale on their site with no indication that it was out of stock and as soon as I placed the order, they charged my credit card. After that, NOTHING: no shipment confirmation, no notifications, no explanations for the delay. When I lost patience and calledthem to see what was going on with my order, they told me a sob story about how they are not getting what they need from their supplier and how theyre also suffering from the lack of products/good service. Because their price on the case was lower than average, I decided to give them a bit more time to fill my order and make it right. A month later, still nothing, and I had to contact them to push the issue. They are offering to cancel my order and refund me the money, but thats after charging me for the product they did not have to begin with and holding onto my money for all this time. Not dependable or professional handling of the order! Instead of finding another supplier or even buying a product from a retailer to fill their order and provide a reliable service, they have spurned their responsibility,wasted my time, and most likely would have kept my money if I did not call about the order!! DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
