    I purchased their bird feeder with wireless camera for my wife. I worked for a while then it quit. I was able to reset it and get it working again. It stopped again and I cannot get it to reset and work now. I have Emailed them multiple times with no response. I called their number all different times of the day with no answer. I left multiple voicemails, no response. The website is still active and taking orders for new full sets of feeders/cameras but the replacement camera I attempted to purchase has been "out of stock" for months.

    Bird Dock feeder was purchased from company as a birthday gift for me. The batteries will not hold a charge in the camera. The company hasnt responded to multiple emails and they do not answer phone calls either. Ive tried reaching them for weeks on end.

    12/11/23 ordered a gift through a friend amazon account ********************** for my wife for Christmas. We live In ** so never put it out until end of April. Advertised to see hummingbirds, capture on video and would be able to view video. We were disappointed in product as not enough red to attract the birds and found that very little visitors to unit. When I inquired about the length of video when we did get a bird or two was told I had to purchase the cloud coverage which I believe was like $55 for the year. I was told that after i purchased this that the cloud was not even up and running. We decided to reach out to see about refund. The original amount was $190.79 purchased on 12/11/23. We received information back that they would refund $100 because of the fact the we had the unit since December. I tried to explain we only put it up at end of April. June 1 st was the offer for the $100 and we countered that this was not appropriate. The product is advertised to video and attract hummingbirds and also there was no suggested refund for the cloud service i purchased. This communication about refund was back in the beginning of June 2024. I have left multiple messages to get a call back, I have sent multiple emails and not hearing anything back. Feeling frustrated.
