    All items came rancid and spoiled want to send all items back for a full refund. Taste disgusting and will not keep spoiled food. Asked seller for help to send back everything and they refused the refund. In March 2024 my husband ordered from them which has nothing to do with the order I placed and the order was never delivered proof from ****** attached - that order was never delivered and so they are refusing to refund us for this order of rancid, spoiled food. Which makes no sense because they are not related at all. Will be contacting the *** as well to report ALL the items. We will not risk getting sick eating SPOILED food we have no problem returning the ENTIRE order promptly. A report was also filed with IC3.

    I purchased their product on Sept 18 and was unsatisfied by was sent, so I requested to return the items and get a refund. The company's policy states they will entertain such requests, so I requested it via email. After initially responding to my query, they stopped replying back altogether and have ignored my attempts to reach them without a resolution to this problem At this point I am past the return policy date, which is another reason they are probably ignoring **** don't appreciated being ghosted, if they're not going to honor their guarantee, I'd rather hear that than just ignoring me altogether.********************************************************

    I placed an order with the company on 06/17/23 and never received it. It was delivered ***** to an unknown address. Order number ******* , I called ***** and was advised to contact shipper. I emailed the company more than 10 times and the only response was to check surrounding areas. I never received my order or refund. They ghosted me. Unethical business practice.
