It is BBB's understanding that Brian's Tree Service LLC is not a licensed contractor with the California Contractor's State License Board (CSLB). California law requires businesses performing tree removal, tree trimming, and related services costing more than $500 to be licensed.
We wrote to the company regarding these concerns on September 14 and September 21, 2021. As of today's date the company has not provided their license information or documentation that they are obtaining a contractor's license.
