    Vheadspa Jan. 2, **** Video taped during treatment by an employee. Asked to stop being recorded. Employee stopped recorded, but started again. I was told that recording was done because employee was trying to learn how to give treatments. I have the copy of the recordings and recorded the common areas at ************. There are no signs indicating that recording may occur for educational purposes.

    I booked a appointment online. Went and received a service, I paid for the service I booked for (because the employee pulled my appointment information on their computer and it showed the service I booked for) after leaving I looked at my time and it was less than the paid service time. I then went to their website to see if I made a mistake and I realized the package I paid for (plus $20 tip) I never received all of those services. I left a review online and was asked to email the business. (I have attached the emails) after their first response the owner called me to apologize and offered me $10 credit to remove the review I left. I stated I will not return and would like a refund because the package they said they gave me I would have never purchased. She hung up on me. I then proceeded to email them 2 times after with no response.
