    On March 22,2023 I hired *******************, dba Supreme Shine Mobile Detailing, to do a full interior detail, which include shampooing of the seats and carpets on my 2015 Volkwagen Jetta. They needed access to water and electricity, so I moved the car into our carport. I had to work that day, but my husband was home. They completed the job, and I paid via Venmo. I came home later that day, did a quick visual inspection, and noticed the inside of the car being still wet. Meaning the seats, the floor mats, etc. Didnt pay much attention, as my focus was on how well the car was cleaned. I was impressed! Next day, as I am planning to leave, I walk to the car and immediately I start to panic. The car is still wet. My vehicle is push start with the button located near the gear shift, where the center console is. I press the button, and nothing! My first thought was, they used too much cleaning solution and upon cleaning the area, liquid entered where the button was. I immediately texted ***** and told him. Meanwhile, we call AAA to try to jump start, change the battery in the key fob, and nothing worked. I had the vehicle towed to ****************** and guess what? Excessive liquid entered into the push start, which damaged and fried my system. I couldnt start or lock/ unlock the car! Eventually, it drained my battery and lost communication with the immobilizer! Now I have to get a new key and pay for programming, a new battery, and push start button. A $230 interior detail now cost me a total of $1,057.74. When communicated this with *****, he wanted to do the repairs himself. I declined, as my car was already at VW. He didnt really want to pay, but he did pay $350 after sending him the invoice of $359, he shorted me $9.00. Once we finally got the detailed invoice thats when we realized this was all due to the liquid. All I am asking is for him to pay the remaining balance, which is $730, willing to accept $600. I have receipts and proof.

    Paris and I have communicated about this issue and have come to a resolution. Agreed payments have been sent and then issue has been resolved. Originally there were negative reviews that were left on our yelp and on the BBB page, but the yelp one has been removed by ***** after the costs for damages were taken care of. and the need to go public with this complaint is not needed. We did our best to ensure the customers need were met and accepted fault the damage caused from our services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused for having to get the service work done for it.
