    We purchased and paid for a suitcases from this company and we never received the items. Weve contacted the company several times and have not received responses. I have previously filed complaints to the better business bureau about this company and nothing has been resolved because apparently BBB could not reach them. We spent over $600 and never received the merchandise and they are still advertising on their website. Im not sure what to do other than filing a lawsuit but I would hope that the better business bureau could contact somebody to rectify the situation. We can provide receipts and communications where they repeatedly stated that the items were back ordered and that they would be fulfilled soon and then it was never fulfilled.

    I purchased luggage from a company named Plevo for $1193.44 on February 24, 2022. I kept getting promises that its being backlogged because of Covid and kept waiting for my ***************. After about a year, I gave up and told my bank about it which couldnt do anything about it since it was passed 90 days. The bank told me to file a complaint with the better business bureau. This company used to post ads about their smart suitcases on social media but stopped last January and the site stopped updating in December 2022. I really want my money back.

    Purchased plevo suitcase replacement batteries (2) in October 2022. Told I should have them by December 2022. Sent messages monthly and no response. Please have them send new batteries that work for the suitcases, or refund my credit card.

    Hi we ordered and pre paid for luggage from this company Christmas of 2021 and they still have not shipped the items and refuse to refund **. November of 2021 the order was placed. They continue to promise to ship the item and have not. We filed a complaint with the BBB and have repeatedly sought help. They charged us $500 and we have nothing to show for it.

    I purchased a suitcase in the amount of $459.00 at the end of February 2022, the charge hit my credit card on 3/5/2022. I have repeatedly asked Plevo when my suitcase is going to arrive via their help email. They claimed they had shipping issues and were trying to find another company. Each time I sent an email they said they would give me an update within a few weeks, that never happened and I would inquire again. In September 2022, I received an email stating that they were finally able to ship products, and would get back to me within 3 weeks. Didn't hear anything again so within the last week, I've sent 2 follow ups and in one stated that I'm now going to need a refund. I still have not heard back and don't believe they ever had the intention of sending me the product. I no longer want the suitcase because of the other terrible complaints I have read about this company.. I just want my money back so I can find a product with a reputable company. I travel for a living and have wasted 9 months trying to get the product I paid for in order to do my job. I've never experienced this sort of blatant stealing and just overall bad business practice from a company.

    Ordered three (3) items, luggage from this company on June 28, 2022. I have not received any of the items from the order, and it took months to even get in touch with the company, as their phone number goes to a voicemail box at any time of day, and their email response takes weeks most times. The only thing I've been told is that my order will be shipped to me "in the coming weeks" for months.
