    Company doesn't respond to Shipping inquiries after full payment. I do not believe that I am going to recieve this product. The company indicated they were behind on shipping maximum 3 weeks, and there has not been any contact or updates. I believe this company is fraudulent. I need a refund on a non delivered product.

    I ordered two suitcases from Plevo.co (Order No. ****) on Septembet 8, 2022 and paid $779.89 through my Credit Card. I got a response the same day with the receipt of the same and mentioning that the delivery will be made within 3 weeks. It is now nearly seven weeks and I have not heard anything from Plevo.co. There is a helpline email (funnily, the website has no address or telephone number) and I have sent three messages so far and I have not heard anything from this website. I strongly believe that this is a fake website and am writing this to lodge my complaint as well as to alert future buyers that they may not receive this product. I am, at present, worried that I will never see my money again. Truly disappointing. The fact that this product (Plevo) is in Facebook and Twitter is shocking. On top of it, their website boasts of association with several websites including CNN. Hope those brands are aware that their name is being promoted by a website that may not exist.

    I purchased a suitcase from Plevo on March 25, 2022. I received a confirmation email then nothing for weeks. My first attempt to contact them was May 5th inquiring when my item would be shipped. Reply:

    Next week came and went. I reached out again on May 17th asking for an update and informed them I had a trip june 8th that I needed it for. The reply:

    Tues May 31st I reached out again inquiring about my order and informing them that I didn't want it anymore.

    Same automated email stating the shipping eta would be updated next week.

    I reached out again on June 1, 6th and 7th stating I wanted a refund. They responded on the 7th staying theyd ask the financial dept to process it. June 18th, 23rd, July 3rd, July 11th, 29th Aug 19th, sept 26th I contacted them because still no refund had been processed. All emails received the same reply that they were contacting the financial dept to process the refund. STILL.NOTHING. I believe this company is fake and Id like my refund of $559.

    I bought 2 suitcases since labor still didn't get them. I get in touch with this people to get my money back they said they reached out to the financial department it's been 2 weeks still don't get money back how far your financial system at, smh and the app doesn't work even I have the suitcase please I need my money back.

    I ordered the Plevo ****** on March 7 2022 order # ****, plevo never delivert , even send out a fake shipping label but never shipped the goods, I have requested a Refund and also disputed with my credit card , plevo even contested with the credit card and the credit was not issued , they don't have the goods and still processing orders thats FRAUD they know they cant ship ! I paid $491.13 I want my Money back
