On February 1, 2023 I was scheduled to take the Insurance Life exam ***** at PSI Testing Center at ************************************************************** testing ******* customer ********************** representative failed to provide me with my test scores. The *** ******* employee stated that I would receive my test results within one to three days via email.However, *** failed to forward my test results within 1-3 business days. Therefore, I called *** on Monday February 6, ********************************* with my test results. However, the *** customer ********************** representative stated that it would take an additional five days. I informed *** that it was unacceptable and I requested my ************** exam results to be sent to my email address immediately. The *** address that was populated on my complaint form is incorrect. On 11/2 I tried to take an exam with PSI and the test couldn't load on the computer I was using. (They don't tell you the software before hand) And when I did the compatibility test before trying to take the exam it ran fine. I paid $25 for that exam and have not received a refund. On 1/27 I tried to take an exam with PSI they had technical difficulties and couldn't load the test correctly. I paid $25 for the test and have not received a refund. I have tried to make contact with them and have gotten no where. When PSI experienced the technical issues, the team couldn't be any less helpful and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. Now its not an option on their end to reschedule the exam.Business Response

had scheduled an exam with PSI exams. A day before my exam, I had a mechanical problem with my truck, which i had to order at part for. The part won't arrive until a day after the scheduled exam, so I called to reschedule. The first customer ********************** rep told me she would connect me with a supervisor so that I could work around the unexpected issue. I was put back in the main call queue and connected with a second service representative who refused to reschedule the exam without "supporting documentation" of my vehicle's issue. I explained that I won't have any documentation until the part arrives, the day after the scheduled exam and would be happy to send it to her then. CS representative would not reschedule the exam without document. I offered to take a picture of the broken part and send it to her, Cust. ********************** refused to reschedule/accept. I asked to speak with a supervisor, CS representative refused to transfer or connect me to a supervisor. She put me back in the main call queue where after a 20 minute hold I was required to leave a voicemail. After logging into my account to attempt to reschedule the exam on my own, I see that I am no longer scheduled for an exam.Business Response

As per the Candidate Handbook, a candidate will forfeit the application and all fees paid to take the examination under the following circumstances.
A complete application and examination fee are required to reapply for the examination.
The candidate wishes to reschedule an examination but fails to contact PSI at least two business days prior to the scheduled testing session.
The candidate wishes to reschedule a second time.
The candidate appears more than 15 minutes late for an examination.
The candidate fails to report for an examination appointment.
The candidate fails to provide the identification required and is denied admittance to the examination.

I wanted to simply reschedule my Broker Exam, but have been prevented from doing so despite being a little more than 48 hours before testing. Their website prevents me from proceeding despite agreeing to the statements which I attribute to a faulty system. I haven't been able to get in contact with PSI despite emailing and calling them as well as using their chat services. I'd like a refund as they're going to use this opportunity to keep my money and have me pay twice for the same exam as I'm not going to take it until a later date. This could have been prevented easily with communication, professionalism and a website that actually works.Business Response

I tested with PSI in ******* for my Low Voltage Unrestricted license in September of 2022. PSI has YET to release my test scores to the **. Secretary of State. I have a copy of the scores but that doesn't get me very far. I have been in contact with both agencies numerous times, but PSI is not cooperating. These scores not being released are preventing me from growing my business. I would like this resolved so I can operate my business successfully.Business Response

Incident #1; *** Exams has a serious issue with rescheduling and/or returning your money back due to their technical issues.On January 12, 2023, I was scheduled to take the ******** Broker's test remotely. The system connected, but glitched and dropped my connection, then with the help of their tech support over an hour's time, reconnected and it kept glitching, therefore, I was unable to test because of connection issues not on my part. A ticket was submitted to their resolution department and as of 01/25/2023, I am still unable to be rescheduled or be refunded from this company.Incident #2; On 01/14/2023, I called to get an update and was told by a *** representative that "most likely, I would have to repay in order to test again." I was told to "go online to schedule" which I did, and when I scheduled the test, it was unknown to me that the testing option listed on their website under my account was still listed from a previous school that I formally took for the same course and was not updated to **************. Therefore, a refund was supposed to refunded within 7 - 10 days, and as of 01/25/2023 I still have not received my refund. Incident #3; I have called repeatedly since 01/14/2023 despite the previous issues to take the ******** Brokers test and repay for it, because I need to be employed as soon as possible, but every time I call, the *** representatives tell me the same message everyday that "The Brokers test for the State of ******** is having technical issues within their system until further notice."*** Exams is not a good place to handle the testing needed for the ******** Broker's test. Who else can I test through or complain to, because this is the only place option that was available? *** claims to respond by email or call back, but it has been a roller coaster of excuses with no positive results. I have lost money through this company, including from my previous testings from a previous school. You retry and retry and they constantly **** money from your pockets each and every time no matter what. This system is unfortunate, and it stinks. Better policies need to be put in place regarding this testing site. I'm requesting that an investigation be filed to look into this matter and that all monies be refunded due to this rigged up system.Business Response

I assisted a Spanish speaking person scheduling an exam online. The test was scheduled to be conducted online with a *******. The person was not able to communicate with the ******* because he only spoke English and she was therefore marked absent. We called to complain because this made no sense. If the exam is scheduled online for Spanish how could the ******* only speak English. The call center told us a case would be opened and we have heard nothing back. I took the ** Laws and Regulations exam with PSI and passed on 12/29/2022. They have yet to release or report my result to the ** state ***************. I cannot reach them, I sit on hold for hours with no answer, I have sent several emails/inquiries through their website with no response. At this point they are keeping me from being licensed, as the GA state licensing board is only waiting on those results to approve me. I have been working for 3 years to get licensed, paid for school, and finished my apprenticeship. I have worked incredibly hard to pass my national boards and my state exam only for this to be holding me back.Business Response

I scheduled to take my SC Real Estate Exam and was prompted by an additional window at checkout asking if I wanted to add on a practice test for $49.95. It states there are 500 questions and unlimited attempts at the exam. I added it to the cart. I did the practice test, which was 85 questions, and was unable to access the results, take the exam again, or see any other questions. I did not get what was advertised and I will be disputing with the credit card company if I can not get a refund for that portion of my bill. I cannot find a phone number on their website to call. I did submit an email to them and have not heard back in almost a week.Business Response
