      PSI Testing has canceled my test last minute three times in the last two months. I am specifically referring to the center located at *********************************************************. The first time was Saturday morning, November 19. I and several other test takers arrived to find the center locked and closed. We were not notified ahead of time that the test was canceled. We called customer **********************, and had to call back several times to confirm that the test was canceled and that we would be refunded. It took them four calendar days to even confirm that the ******* was actually unavailable and before they would allow me to reschedule my test, and I had to call back repeatedly before I was allowed to reschedule. Customer ********************** is frustrating to deal with; they don't seem to be familiar with the locations, the managers, etc; and do not seem to have much power to help when something is wrong. Their script that they use repeatedly is to tell you that they are "escalating" the issue to their "escalation team," and there isn't much more they can do beyond that.The second time was the reschedule for the first time, on Friday December 9. I was notified a couple of hours beforehand that the test was canceled due to no ******* being available. I did appreciate the advanced warning and saving me the trip. The third time was January 20. I arrived to take the test on a Friday afternoon and was informed that the system was down and that they could not administer the test. I was given no advanced warning. Three failed attempts to take a test in 2 months seems unacceptable for a testing service, whose job is to administer tests. Their customer ********************** is frustrating to deal with and leaves you feeling unheard. There is no local presence that I am aware of that I can contact either; even the *** center itself does not have a publicly posted phone number, so I can't even call ahead to confirm they are open before I drive over.

      I've been dealing with issues with this website since I started using it two weeks ago. I had taken the first series of tests and was a few points short of passing each time, oh well. I rescheduled and paid for the new tests only to find out two days before my scheduled tests my testing history and future tests were just deleted, gone. I figured maybe it was a bug and if I checked the following morning things would improve. They didn't. This time, I couldn't get into the website at all. I called the customer support line provided on the website and was on hold for two hours until my roommate called the phone number provided on THIS site not their own (different phone numbers) and I was able to reschedule them since I couldn't enter the website. Well it's two days until my tests now because that was the earliest they could do and I still can't get into my account. Better yet, when I try and reset my password and when I tried to contact them neither request would go through. With things as important as administrating insurance licensing tests, you'd think a working website would be a top priority. It's not for this company. I really need to get into my account and if it takes the BBB going after them until I can then so be in. I NEED to get in and take this exam.

      I graduated from ****************** in July 2022, I then started the paperwork and paid the fee to PSI on November 14th, 2022. They processed the payment immediately but never preapproved me to schedule. I've called, emailed, and received a "0" response. I'm frustrated because I expected to get an answer but no one answered or emails back. I need to take my test in order to start using my skills at work. I'm still an apprentice because they will not answer any of my questions or phone calls.

      Psi is an online test exam registration place. I had been trying to schedule a cosmetology test with them for four months. The first time I tried to schedule the exam they kept scheduling me for the wrong exam it took two weeks and about 30 emails to get them to schedule me for the right exam. When I was finally able to take the exam I had to drive an hour and a half away to a campus I had never been to before. In the confirmation email that *** sent me they did not tell me which building to go to. So when I arrived to the campus I had no idea where to go. I called the campus and was given the wrong room number when I asked them what room the test was in. I went to the room that they told me to go to and it was empty. By the time they finally gave me the right room number I was late for my test and was not able to take it. For four months after this I tried to reschedule my test through the Psi system and I got nowhere. I talked to multiple different psi "Agents" telling me they were going to send me a confirmation email to get my test set up, and they never did. I contacted the state board of cosmetology for their help. But they told me my hours were expired and I was no longer eligible to take the test. My hours would not have been expired if they would've just let me reschedule my test instead of making me wait for four months and never even contacting me or scheduling the test. Now after I've already finish school, and passed my first theory exam. I am no longer eligible to take the very last exam that I had to take before getting my cosmetology license. I put so much hard work and effort into school and into these test, now I can't even take the test because of ***'s incompetence and unprofessionalism. Not to mention I paid to take these test, I paid to take a test they did not even allow me to take. All I want is to be able to take my last test so I can get my license.

      I recently took my Michigan practical cosmetology test on 1-12-3023 . We were informed that we would be receiving a email with our scores/results within 20 min after the exam was over . And it would be uploaded to our account online 24 hours after the exam . I have not received a email nor is my account updated . It is still showing my exam as booked and not that it is completed . I have contacted PSI and they could not give me a reason to ask why or resend the exam scores via email or update my account . Instead they said they would escalate my concern and go from there . I have no idea how to get my exams results to complete the next step of achieving my cosmetology license . PSI has not been helpful and will not give me my results .

      I attempted to schedule a testing date for my ******* *********** exam using the *** website scheduling tool. I entered my credit card information, which is required prior to scheduling a date, and then was brought to a calendar. After choosing a date and clicking through to schedule, an error message was displayed. I have been charged $119 two times for a total of $238 and still am unable to schedule a date. I called *** and was told there must be something wrong with my card and to call back in 24 hours or more. I was told the associates do not give employee ID numbers due to "abuse" and the employee also refused to assist in my scheduling of a date, saying he was "getting skeptical" of me. At this point, this associate had my name, ***, credit card number, address and SSN, yet arrogantly insulted me and refused to help. I have not received a resolution or test date and still have 2 $119 charges on my credit card.

      I took my CT Real Estate Salesperson exam on 12/19/2022. Upon passing, PSI was supposed to print out a score report and license application on the spot. Unfortunately, the printers were down on the day of my exam. I was forced to walk out empty handed, with the promise that all necessary documentation would be mailed to my house within 3-5 business days. After waiting 2 full weeks because of the holiday, nothing arrived and I decided to call the customer service line, which I was then told it will be emailed to me within a week. A week went by and still no email, I called again and my case was put into "escalation" and should have been resolved within 3-5 days. To no surprise, that time passes and still no paperwork sent to me. I call again and speak with a supervisor who does a 'supervisor escalation' which is supposed to resolve the issue within 1-3 days, but AGAIN that time passes and no paperwork. I just called again, explained my situation to another customer service rep, and was told they will escalate it again. I am now going on almost a month since my exam, have missed opportunities to represent clients and make a living, and I cannot get a resolution. JUST SEND THE EMAIL

      I have been calling for 2 weeks now to schedule my electrician exam. I'll sit and wait for over an hour and nobody answers. This is effecting my career advancement and someone needs to be held accountable.

      I was to take the Accident and Health or Sickness Examination  exam with PSI by online at 2 PM on Nov 16, 2022. I paid the test exam of $88.00 by credit card. However, I couldn't go into the exam launch process through PSI online due to technical problems. I called to report the issue and the PSI assistance told me to stay on the phone and wait as the agent would take care of the problem. I waited for 2 hours and the time to take the test had passed. Instead of solving the problem, they hung up on me.

      This is not acceptable and their customer-service is incompetent. I called PSI again, ******* answered. She apologized for this and said she would call in the morning of November 17th to help me take the exam on the 18th. She did not give me a call.

      I paid another $88 and registered for the test online on the Nov 19, 2022. Same problem occurred. This time, ********* who work for PSI gave me a courtesy to take test in site. So I paid $88 twice with my credit card. After that, I emailed to ********* twice (12/5/22, 12.21.2022) asking the reimbursement for $88.00. I called to her. She did not answer anything. Her phone number is ***********************.

      I want to be compensated $88 for the first time I paid as I was not able to take the exam due to their technical problems.

      The person in charge who made me wait on the phone for more than 2 hours and hung up because they did not want to deal with this issue is unacceptable. This company needs to educate their representatives how to work and deal with customers. Why didn't ********* answer emails or phone calls after asking for a refund? Taking money for a service never given is fraud.

      PSI conducted an investigation with regards to the testing candidate's concern and Event log shows that testing candidate was Absent for the test, since PSI exam did not launch. No record found that candidate contacted technical support team for assistance.

      I have been taking my exam with psi for a while now and today I finished my real estate sales exam in Massachusetts and it said that I passed on the screen and I wrote down the points and I am 100% sure I passed but they are saying I didn't pass for 3 points which I know for sure is not true and they refuse to fix my sore.
