Its been over two weeks and you havent received my application. I called to follow up on, was immediately disconnected after waiting over 20 minutes on hold, finally got through to here it would be 3-5 business days to check on my application. This is ridiculous. Items attached to this application, like a letter of good standing from another state, and fingerprints, all have time limits. PSI is risking those requirements expiring and me having to dish out another $100 to get those taken again and submit a new applcation to PSI. Contacting PSI corporate to file a complaint as well as the State of PA real estate commission. It is 2023, why are you only accepting applucations via US mail or Fax?Business Response

I submitted my application over two weeks ago. This application is to take the pa licensing exam. You have not received it. I have spent too much time on hold following up. Its also ridiculous for it to take 3-5 days for somepne to look into it. Its also 2023, US mail and fax should not be your only option for submitting this. I took my practical exam for my esthetician license on August 11th, 2022. On my way to my exam I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. I was unaware how close I was to the testing site because I had a family member driving me so I contacted PSI to cancel my exam. I realized I was only 2 minutes away from the test site and was able to make it and take my practical that same day. Since then, I have had a hard time getting my score for my practical. I have contacted PSI numerous times via phone and email since the day I took my exam and all anyone says is they will put a ticket in and escalate it to someone higher up. I have tried going to my school, Michigan College of Beauty- ****** and they have tried contacting them and they aren't getting anywhere. PSI refuses to get me to a manager when I call and I cannot take my written exam until I get my practical test scores. I'm starting to get very frustrated because I just want to get licensed so I can start my career. If there is anyone who can help me I would really appreciate it. Hello My name is ************. On October 25th I took the Real Estate exam at The Bellevue PSI location. Costing me $210.00. On that day after fully completing my test. A system error occurred while calculating the results and my pass or fail score was never obtained to this day. I have called PSI more than multiple times.... never an answer or any results. I've been in limbo for 2 months. Not able to reschedule my exam. I do not think this is okay. I am trying to start a career and an income. I would love a refund on my test. Ive called PSI about 100 Times literally. been escalated multiple times without any calls or emails back and no test results..... I always ask to be sent to a supervisor and never sent to one cause they are always in a meeting..... Do they have Supervisors or managers. I am not allowed to re-test until results are found. i lost $210.00 from this. Lost time and career time. ans most of all income. PSI is the vendor that Amazon Web Services (AWS) uses to proctor their certifications exams. I signed up to take my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam, the fee is processed by PSI ($100)
On 12/29/2022 when attempting to take my exam the PSI proctor did not allow me to take the exam under the premise that my name (************************) did not match my AWS account name (they had at as ***************). They refused to help me even after I showed them my passport where it shows ******* as my middle name. They refused to talk to me and sent me to AWS. I contacted AWS and they verified/corrected my name then I was directed to PSI to get a refund for the exam fee and take my exam.
I spoke with a PSI rep (******** - but most likely this was her customer service name) who assured me that by Monday 1/1/2023 I will receive a refund of $100 so I can take my exam now that the name has been corrected. She assured me that this was a technicality and that I should have been able to take my exam.
That never happened, after multiple attempts to contact PSI and talk to someone they refuse to discuss this and kept sending me links to update my name with AWS, which I already did and sent them proof. They also refused to acknowledge the conversation I had with their rep on 12/29 where she agreed that this was an oversight on their end and that I should receive a refund.
Furthermore AWS is no longer using PSI as their provider (which makes sense, they are terrible!) so since they have no business with AWS they are ignoring my attempts to talk to someone that can resolve this.

I took my Georgia Real estate licensing exam on Sept 3 2022. I failed by 1 point not a big deal, I'm a veteran so before going to pay to take the exam again I submitted my Original form and my DD 4-1 for my 5 veterans preference points. The website says 10-12 weeks I called week 10, 11, 12 they said they never recieved my DD 214 which is for someone who separated from Active Duty Military Service. I simply explained that I will not have one and sent my DD 4-1 with my original Test exam. The outsourced phone calls to another country are not working as they are only trained to say DD 214 and do not understand what the DD 4-1 is. I called 3 days later to escalate the situation and sent multiple emails trying to get an answer and still nothing. I was able to call the GREC (Georgia Real Estate Commission) and they gave me an email back to PSI saying that im entitled to 5 points but its on PSI to add them. I've mailed and emailed multiple copies of my DD 4-1 to them and I get we will escalate within 24 hours or no response. I just want my 5 points and if i cant have them a reason in accordance with the state law saying why i'm not entitled to them.Business Response

PSI said they need my DD 214 I do not have a DD214 I'm active duty. I've provided my DD4/1 they keep asking for me to mail a DD214 I've responded to emails they've written and sent my DD4/1 several times. I will provide email traffic if needed.

*************** PSI testing center procter on 12/16/22 and 12/9/22 is unprofessional.Besides talking loudly to candidates after testing, taking forever to check people in, she let 2 other test takers go in with same book****s as **** know bc I sat next to them for 30 minutes and noticed while she took way to long to check people in and talk about things unrelated to exam or test taking.I watched her flip through other test takers books with same book****s and not batt an eye. Mine were on the side and she said they werent the correct ones and "I could be data mining if they could be moved and not permanent".I told her I would remove them after test to prove that and they all correspond with information on each page. What difference does it make which book****s we use?Result: I missed 1 question from a pass **** which wouldve been achieved with my book****s."PSI is committed to providing a higher level of testing.". Yeah right! Not at the *************** location. I was given a candidate support number and called for 30 minutes before 5pm with no answer....guess they have better things to do. I'm a state certified journeyman electrician. Every three years we must get re-certified. I passed my re-certification, paid the state, which then pays PSI to send a new certification card. PSI has been remiss, irresponsible, and negligent to send me my new card. In 2019, I tested with PSI at their now closed Carson, CA. location. Part of the ongoing business fulfillment agreement between the State, consumer(me), and PSI, is to provide the consumer with the initial certification card, and every subsequent re- certification card pursuant to the agreement of all three parties. And of course, I paid the state my $150.00 renewal fee, which also goes to pay PSI's card renewal fee. So, I respectfully ask the BBB to force these people to honor this agreement and expedite sending my renewal card.Business Response

I fell that they're not being completely forthright and are not saying what they should. What I want is for absolute confirmation that my certification card has been mailed to me, and that there is no finality until I receive my card and have it in my possession! It's that simple! I was scheduled to take an exam online with PSI on 30 Oct 2022. The PSI proctor could not verify my ID using my camera so the exam was postponed. On 8 Nov 2022 I requested a refund from PSI by calling 1-************* The operator told me a refund would be received by me within 10 business days (NTL 22 Nov). I called PSI again on 13 Dec 2022 to inquire about the status of my refund and was told a refund had not been offered and instead I was offered to re-take the exam on a different date. I again requested a refund on this call (on 12 Dec 2022) and the representative told me the same thing the last rep told me on 8 Nov "I will escalate your request for a refund and you should receive it within 10 business days". I am certain this refund will not be received and I will have to call again at the end of the 10 day waiting period to request my refund again. I am entitled to a refund because the issue was on PSI's end. I am requesting a full refund for my exam.Business Response

PSI has not refunded me. I received an email from PSI's social media department but have not received the refund I am complaining about. This matter is not resolved as no one from PSI has refunded me and their representatives still claim that the person I requested a refund from is on leave and nothing can be done until they return to work (if they ever return to work). The response from PSI is unacceptable and does not address the issue at hand.
