    Crooks! Our water heater wasn't working so I called them and they told me they would charge a service fee of $175 to come out and look at it. I thought that was a bit steep but the lady I spoke to seemed nice at first and said that if a part is needed or if they need to fix it then it would be towards the cost of a flat fee. I was confused so I asked her again, Im like ok so if they cant fix it, its just $175 but if I need a part then that 175 goes towards the cost to fix? She confirmed. Anyway I had to wait 2 days to get someone out and when they did come, they could not fix the water heater. But then they had the audacity to hit me with a $511 bill. They charged me $511 to basically come to my house and tell me that they can fix the problem BUT I have to order a part and pay them another $1200 to have them come back next week and install the part. First of all, to charge someone $511 and not fix any issues is robbery. They know you are desperate because you need hot water and they can see I have two young kids who clearly need to take baths and that I would pay anything. Needless to say I called another plumber and he said that was the most ridiculous thing he has ever heard and that it should not cost that much to fix the water heater as the water heater alone isn't even worth that much. Point being, RUN from this company as fast as you can!! This is a form of price gouging and they should be reported!
