    I am not getting my bills. I called to inform them of my problem and the woman answering the line was extremely rude and did not listen to the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor to which she replied they are in a meeting. She got my info and stated I would get a call back to which I did not. Our mail does not get delivered properly and there have been several issues with this due to the post office to the point that the manager has solved issues of lost mail to our home on several occasions. I am being charged a late fee even though we paid on time. She states because it was after 5 pm we will be charged and she refuses to remove this fee. It's only 16 dollars but this is an ongoing issue that is not ok we are being punished for not getting our bill on time. I understand this is not their fault either but I believe I am being discriminated against. This is not the first time I have had an issue. When we moved to this city and signed up for our water the staff were discriminating and racist. I am not okay with this and would like a call back from their supervisor once they are out of their "meeting".
