We are extremely happy with our new roof the gutters are well made draining great ! Used high quality materials The work crew worked well together and very efficient in their detail work and timing.Home was done in three days !Cleaned up after each day Would highly recommend Gold Star Roofing !

Outstanding company and crew. Gold Country Roofing completed the roof on our home plus 3 sheds and they did it in 3 days. The crew arrived on time as promised and began working right away. We had a few additional requests and they were accommodating offering suggestions. I was concerned about our gutter toppers as they were installed a couple of years ago and we have an electric awning cover that is bolted to the roof. The crew removed them and replaced them without an issue. All their work looks fantastic. The property was left in clean condition each day and the office staff was excellent in answering my questions regarding permit requirements. Their bid was very competitive and the business is employee owned, established 45 years ago. *** the sales *** is very knowledgeable and advised that once in contract if an issue developed prior to my due date they would take steps to mitigate the issue. During the 1 big storm a vent gasket started to leak resulting in 1st floor leaking. I called *** and he was onsite the next morning at 8:30 and ***laced the failing gasket and a 2nd one that was also in bad shape. After that experience I requested my roof ***lacement due date be moved to 1st available date, much to my surprise we had a few dry days. The shingles were removed on day 1 and a fair of underlayment installed. Even more surprising was that job was completed on day 2 with as many as 10 men working.Gold Country Roofing, Inc.

We couldn't be happier with our new roof! Gold Country's crew showed up exactly when they said they would, were courteous and professional at all times, did a meticulous cleanup every single day (leaving our landscaping intact), AND were the most competitive bid of the six we got! The new roof is beautiful. Keeping our dollars local whenever possible is important to us, but that wasn't the determining factor in our decision to go with Gold Country Roofing. They simply are the BEST!!!Gold Country Roofing, Inc.

Throughout the whole process everyone was very friendly and helpful. We used Gold Country last year to replace our roof, and when it came time to replace my father-in-laws, I had no doubt who I should call. I ask a lot of questions and both *** and ******* who works in the office generally respond the same day or the following morning. I would highly recommend this company. We are so pleased with Gold Country Roofing. We first asked them to replace the roof over our back deck and add some skylights as the ones we had were always leaking during rainstorms. This was over a year ago and since they installed the roofing and new skylights, we haven't had a single leak. We then asked them to come back and install a new roof on our 2200 sq. ft. house - they were in and out of here in less than 2 days and you would never know there had been a contractor on the property. Superior workmanship, integrity, honesty, great value for the money, and above and beyond are the words I would use to describe the entire Gold Country Roofing team including the office staff. We highly recommend them for any roofing/skylight/gutter needs! And yes, I agree with the others - it's a joy to hear their laughter as they are working together - a positive experience for sure!Gold Country Roofing, Inc.

I'm glad you enjoyed hearing them during the job - I love when they come back to the office and we hear them singing and laughing out in the shop!
