    . Purchased a product, paid through ****** . received the product but did not fit . reached out to the seller requesting refund . shipped the product back to the seller (in same perfect condition i received it). seller stated if i cannot prove that product does not fit they will charge me restocking fee and i will only get partial refund back.. i replied saying i dont have the product with me therefore i cannot provide a proof that it doesnt fit . i opened a case with ****** . seller offered partial money back $17 (less than 50%), so i refused . ****** closed the claim in favor of the seller bc i refused the partial refund offer . now i am ended up with no product (returned to the seller) and -$41.99 i paid to purchase the good

    On 02/26/2023 and 03/09/2023 I Purchased 2 skins from this company,and both of their skins ruined my phone and laptop! Reached out to them and got disrespected.Sent items back and only got partial refund.Asked them about discrepancy and got disrespected again.They need better training and a better product.It is overpriced and damages your electronics everytime!This company refuses to be ACCOUNTABLE,and in my opinion,lack EMPATHY,ETHIC'S and overall no MORALITY!!!They are out of line for disrespecting me and not giving a full refund for the garbage they sell!I didn't ask for them to repair my laptop and/or phone that their product damaged.I could have legally went after them,but I chose to just contact the Better Business Bureau,trust pilot,etc.Amazon said that they were gonna SANCTION them,and if enough people complain about their antics, they would boot them off off their website! Again,"BUYER'S BEWARE"!!!Date of experience: February 26, 2023
