Company will not take responsibility for misdelivered/missing package.

    March 22, 2025 High Quality Suede Fabric Iron On Patch Kit. $8.46 Item is not as described, not suede at all but thin polyester fabric. As soon as I received the item I emailed about return and refund. Daily emails offering partial refund even though I have stated I want to return the item for full refund.

    Ordered from reseller and was sent item that has small gray bugs on it. The original packaging on the item has chinese writing on it suggesting the items origin.

Lucky that I paid with PayPal because I charged back and contacted **** regarding the EMPTY package. **** stated they would help with my issue and opened a dispute with the seller at XX:06PM and closed the dispute by XX:09PM. The seller did reach out to me the following day with a message within **** mail system that just said, "Is there a problem with the product? Tried to respond to the message using **** replay and received an ERROR. So, I decided to look into it further. I was able to find a whole **** community that has experienced something similar or received tiny junk from ****************************** Seems the SCAMMERS keep the price point low to gain peoples information and/or money.
