    Ordered over a year ago and they continually extended there lead times on the product they make. Currently there website says a 14 month lead time. It started at 4 weeks. Then kept changing to now 14 months I have been put on hold over and over and my messages have been ignored. They have taken my money and never provided a product. I cannot get my money back because I was tricked to wait and now I dont qualify. Please help me get a refund or get my product. They update the website but do not deliver. I have 15 or more emails to them and no response.

    I purchased an audio system from 2WheelAudio back on July 8, 2020 and still have not received my purchase. I was told by the owner Junior they were having some issues getting parts to complete orders. I didnt have an issue with this in the beginning after being told the company were going to take steps to ensure to have my order processed and complete soon. 6 months went by and I started to reach out to check the status of my order and received very little feedback and response. I received a few emails months later stating that my order was next up and would be completed and notified once done so. I thought to myself okay seems like they are honoring my order and I was going to be patient. Well another few months went by and nothing. I followed up with 2WheelAudio once more and thats when I never heard back from them. I have a track record of emails and messages trying to reach them to get any information and have not gotten one response. Its been over 2 years now. Im completely disappointed and dissatisfied and want to collect the $1,383.23 I spent out of my hard earned money and move on.
