      I send boxes to *************** to my daughter. But when she received it last December 5,2020 3 big boxes were damaged and open. Not on it's original packing tape. The shoes which are supposed to be for my grandkids are gone and some other goods. I've worked hard to fill those boxes out for nearly 6 months. I told my daughter to take pictures while the courier guy is still there. So she took pictures with the courier guy. And the courier guy got mad. So my daughter told him for complaint purposes only in case you deny that this is the kind of boxes you delivered us. And my daughter has a witness because she has a client during that time who even helped her with the boxes. I tried my best to tell the company what happened but they don't recognized my complaint. I hope your good office can help me. This is the second time already. I have to do something because they keep on doing it not to only me but on some other people. Thank you.
