Dont go with these guys I purchased a steel building through them and am very unsatisfied. Had the purchase the site specific plans from them so I could get a permit in **********, they told me it was gonna be a two day job. Slapped it together in one day(which I thought was great) the next following Friday I had a county inspector come to sign off on the building and it failed inspection due to like 10 brackets are missing according to the plans that I purchased from them. I called the company hoping they would come out in a timely manner to fix there mistake, they told me Im two weeks out for them to come fix it. Now I have to Postpone all my electrical work. For these guys to fix the mistake that they made. Very unhappy with their customer service. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Also on the base rails they installed that the anchor bolts go through to anchor the structure according to there specifications are suppose to be torqued to a certain foot pounds. Theyre drawings asked for a third party inspection to test the anchor bolts torque. None of the anchor bolts on my entire structure could meet those specifications thats were required by the drawings that they supplied without crushing the tubing. I tried to talk to their project manager and he pretty much just blow me off. Trust me this company has terrible customer service all around.

I payed the deposit January 23 2024 February 8 2024 I received the building drafts with multiple errors. ********* told me that their engineer does not discuss design issues with customer. It was lie. ***************************************** building outsources engineering. April 15 2024 I received building plans and structural calculations. With several errors. Including critical error: insufficient diagonal bracing. I calculated the wind load and sent it to *********. My calculations were ignored. May 6 2024 I received corrected plans. With several errors. Including concrete epoxy that does not exist. The plans were accepted by Pima County. With requirement for additional anchors inspection. Such inspection costs over $1000.The installation was scheduled and rescheduled several times for June and then for July. Finally installers showed up last day of July. Without even phone call. The building erection was done extremely unprofessional. The crew worked less then 4 hours a day. Concrete anchors were not aligned with the concrete foundation. Base rail had unacceptable offset: it protruded out of concrete slab. The main violation was installation of side panels before bracing. It was fatal error.August 3 2024 the building collapsed. ******************************************* For more than a week my phone calls and e-mails were unanswered There were no any excuses or explanations. Apparently collapsed construction is nothing special for Complex Steel Buildings Today is September 10. I did not even receive corrected building plans.

Complex took a $5720. Deposit on a metal bldg., April 19th, through their broker, ******************* I was promised, I would get a call from engineering, the following week.
Never happened. Then I agreed to a çhange order, to a single story, and paid them another $1960.
They are a broker. After you pay them, you get the phone #, of the manufacturer, Complex Steel. I paid them $2300. for engineering.
I spoke to Sarah I, and she promised me, I would get a call from engineering by May 22.
    That, was a lie, too.
Spoke to the CEO Victor, and he said I was next, as well.
Spoke to Abraham G*****, 7 times. All lies.
I asked for a refund, 3 weeks ago, and they lied and said, they would get it done.
We live in snow country, and need to get our concrete in, before the Oct. frosts.
They have destroyed my project. No engineering, no permit.
They gave me, the low bid, to get the job, take the money, and run.
