    I bought an Item from them for $1,014.65 + $156.71 shipping. The Item was a used telescope and equatorial mount. First problem was that shipping I paid for it on 7/15/23 but the item was not actually shipped out until 8/7/23. I had to send at least 10 emails to get them to actually send the item. Second and actually the main issue is that the item was sent in 3 boxes, the first one was the telescope, second was the tripod and the third was the equatorial mount and accessories. The telescope and tripod finally made it a week later but the equatorial mount and accessories was late. Finally when it got here, the package was completely ruined. It was obviously packaged wrong. They basically put a bunch of delicate items into the same box as a couple 10+ pound weights with almost zero packing material. Either way the equatorial mount and accessories were broken. I immediately called these guys and told them about the issue and was advised to accept the package and that they will enter a claim with ***** for the broken items. Few weeks later, after I sent description and photos I was assured that the claim was filed, (I have voicemail and emails). Although I did have to send them at least 10 more emails asking for status. Finally on Oct 12 I get an email that states "Our previous shipping person is no longer with the company" as if that makes it okay that II have been dealing with this for 3 months now. Finally the new shipping person informed me that no claim was ever filed and told me I can do it myself. I went to ***** to file a claim and, you guessed it, ***** told me the company needs to file the claim. More time goes by, I finally get the new shipping person to file a claim. 3 more weeks later (and several more emails) they informed me that ***** gave them a payout of ******. I told them I would rather return the item for a full refund (as I've been saying from the beginning). They never sent the ****** and stopped responding to my emails. I'm out over $600 on this.
