On January 15, 2025, BBB challenged this company’s advertising that appears on their website https://www.nextlevelplumbingservices.com/. The website makes the following statements: “ Yelp #1 trusted contractor, Facebook #1 trusted contractor, and Google #1trusted contractor”.




According to the BBB's Code of Advertising, 1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. 1.2 Advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used. 1.3 An advertisement as a whole may be misleading by implication, although every sentence separately considered may be literally true.




Next Level Plumbing Services was notified and asked to provide substantiation for the above statements. If the requested information could not be substantiated, the company was asked to remove the statements. To date, the company has not responded to our request.
