    I am not sure if this is indeed the company that I ordered a product from this company in January., but this is what came up when I typed it in to your website. It didn't work and frankly i forgot about it. Fast forward to early March, I get an email asking if a charge was approved. I did not realize this was supposedly a continuing subscription. I had not received notice that this was upcoming. The amount was very close to another thing I ordered so I thought I had written it down wrong. Come to find out it was for another set of Keto Gummies. I called the company within 3 hours of the notice of billing and they said it could not be cancelled at that point. [I can't believe they couldn't have stopped it then.] So after contacting them that day, they told me to return them when I received them and gave me an address and RMA#. I sent both sets of unopened packages back in one package, and with the tracking #, see they received it at the end of last week. I called today to see when I would be credited my refund and was told they only received one package. Well, I guess it WAS one package, but it had two UNOPENED packages inside. I was not given another number I could call to rectify this when I talked to an agent this afternoon.I am attaching a copy of the shipping receipt. Although it doesn't say any specifics, it weights much more than one package of the product would. I am also sending of copy of the bank statement from early March showing they charged me twice, for two packages.I am also sending a picture of their email they sent me. When I try to reply back to it, it says this is unavailable. When I click on the ******** and ******* it doesn't go directly to their site. I have two phone numbers available: *************** and **************.

    I received an order for Keto+ACV Gummies (5 bottles) and none of the bottles were sealed. The bottle is clearly marked not to take if its not sealed. I called customer service and they offered an option to receive a $50 refund for a $198 purchase. They then increased to 70 percent of the full purchase price unless I returned (shipping not paid and without a return label). I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on a brief hold. I was then advised I could not keep the line tied up and the agent hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another customer service representative who advised the same thing. I agreed to the ************************************************* the next day. I was not called and have not received my refund. I believe this is a scam.

    I cancelled keto back in august have proof, been sending it to them and they are still charging me and sending me products and wont answer my emails. Try to call but sit on hold then they hang up on me (5 times in a row)
