      Placed an order on 5/23/25. It has been almost a month and the order is still unfulfilled. I have contacted them over 5 times with no response. Would like a refund immediately.

      I placed an order on 5/18/25 (Sunday) and understood that there would be no update for 72 hours (not including the weekend). I was immediately charged for the order. I reached out ******************************** on 5/21/25 (21:26 EST) and 5/22/25 (12:28 EST) for an update to my order or refund my money, so that I can purchase locally. I have heard nothing from them and my order status has not been updated. This is poor customer service and feels like a scam.

      I ordered the two juices and 8 packs of coils which is ****** dollars they confirmed my order they took the money off my gift card waiting almost a month and they emailed me saying they cancelled my order they stole my money 170 dollars I want them to send me a check

      I placed an order on 12/10/24 and the money was taken immediately. I was sent an email saying my order shipped and as I watched the tracking it arrived to my state then was rerouted and is saying it was being sent back to the correct destination which is many many states away. I have sent messages and tried all the phone numbers I could find with no response. I want my money back as it was over $100!!!! Any information on how to get my money back would be great!

      November 30, 2024 I ordered 7 vape juices. They pulled the money out of our account the same day. I have tried to reach them several times to see where our order is or a tracking number and no response.

      I placed a very expensive order with this company on November 10th 2024. Since then I have had one update on shipping my items. I have sent 4 emails to this company to check the status of my order & all emails have gone ignored. The last update was Nov 27th and it supposedly still has a file mile carrier to reach before being delivered. Ive sent 4 emails to this business asking for an update or a refund, all emails have been ignored & there is no other way to contact this business. It has been well past the date it should have been shipped & delivered by now.

      Ordered 11/29/2024, #*******, $69.53 They claim order processing takes up to 72 hours (only business days)That 72 hours would be up by 12/4. I sent an email asking about my order on 12/6. It is now 12/9, and there has been no communication whatsoever from them.I just want my product, and ideally a refund for this horrible service. My girlfriend has been out of this product for a couple weeks now and is getting irritable.

      On 11/19/24 I placed a order with West Coast Vape supply I have yet to get shipping tracking information I have emailed four times to customer support with no response.
