On February 10, 2024 I placed an order with West Coast Vape Supply for two Geek Bar Pulse Disposable Vapes. The order was confirmed in *******. Shipping method states: Shipping plus signature fee is 2-8 days. On February 23, 2024 I emailed the company requesting any updated tracking information they may have on my order as it had not arrived yet. That same day they emailed me back and provided me with the same tracking information that I had. Tracking # RSC50843C9688. Package left sort facility to arrive at final mile carrier for next scan dated Friday February 16, 2024 at 10:59 a.m. that was twelve days ago. No other help or information was offered. I want my money back! I am so very disappointed as I have made purchases in the past and never had any delivery issues until now.Initial Complaint

On November 17th I purchased a product from them. Now two weeks later on December first the package was marked delivered but was NOT delivered. I immediately asked them for a refund when the tracking said two weeks. They ignored. They told me the expected delivery date was wrong and that it would likely come much sooner. Didnt even come at all. These people stole my money and they are doing it to others as well. Just read their reviews online. This company is required to get an adult signature by law. They charge for the signature service but aren't purchasing it with the shipper. I called **** to verify this. I always see a signature fee on my receipt but never had to sign. I've been paying for the additional fees for over 3 years now and just found out it's ********** law that they must obtain a signature. So they're scamming customers out of their hard earned money and not following the law. This tracking number will verify my claim. **** **** **** **** **** 07 **** delivered on 10-04-2023. I was charged but they didn't buy the signature from ****. I want them to refund me for ALL prior orders where I was charged and they kept my money! I've reached out to West coast vape and they won't respond. **** told me they also believe they are adding additional weight to the package because 3 vape juice bottles don't weight over a pound. Contacted West Coast Vape supply on November 29th to purchase products. Was told the product was "out for delivery" from the 7th to the 10th of December. I waited at home for the mail carrier that never came. Today is December 14th and I tried to contact them several times via email and have not received a reply. Today I tried to contact them via phone and their number is disconnected. They have received and accepted my payment, and did not provide the product. I researched them online today, as I should have done in the first place, and have come to discover that people never receive their products or follow up communications: they just take the money and run. Come today I discover that you fine people at the BBB have given them an F rating. I don't know how they are allowed to still operate "business" when all they do is take money and provide nothing (and now I'm certain they've probably just stolen my credit card information).Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 bottles of Naked 100 juice almost 2 months ago. I spent close to $100. I have been going to West Coast Vape Supply for almost 3 years. I have regularly bought juice from them and a few different devices. I would buy the same flavor of juice every time. The last time I bought 6 bottles and they taste like perfume. I only opened 2 bottles to see if it was only the 1st bottle that tasted bad. I did not want to open all of the bottles in the hopes of getting an exchange. When I contacted West Coast Vape Supply, they said they were not able to do anything and forwarded me the information to Naked 100 the manufacturer. I emailed the manufacturer and they gave me a form to fill out. I promptly filled out the form and emailed it back. It was more than a week that I didn't hear back. When I emailed back, I was informed they were not able to do anything either. So now I am stuck with 6 bottles of vape juice that taste nasty and makes me feel sick and close to $100 out of pocket. But they are losing a loyal customer that will never buy from them or their product again. Their prices are good but I would rather spend more somewhere else than to give these companies any more.Initial Complaint

I have had 2 packages that never delivered for the total amount of ****** I have emailed the company for a refund but they respond that it will be refunded in five days, this was 2 months ago.I emailed them another request for a refund and they me the same email and there had no refund reflected in my bank account. There is no number for customer service so you can talk to an actual person.
