    Estrada Towing towed my car on 5/21/2025. According to ******, **************************, they were told numerous times that they are not allowed to tow cars as the signs posted on the wall of the building are not clear signs and enforceable. They failed to notify law enforcement agency within one hour of towning my vehicle as required by law. They did not provide a photocopy of the written authorization form before I paid the towing or storage charge when I pick up my car. They also did not provide a separate notice that included the phone number for local law enforcement or prosecuting agency which is required if they believe they were wrongfully towed.

    Called this towing company after a domestic violence assault as my assailant fled the area and took off with all of my stuff and money and then parked my car in an apartment complex and then left my dog inside. then retrieved the dog way after the fact and went to a friends nearby evading police. the leasing office lady failed to mention the expensive tow amount as she could have just offered to let my car stay there for a few more hours so i wouldnt have to pay for an **** and tow. now the tow company after a few calls is giving different prices. they also laughed at me being beat up and my car stolen from me. one said 435 then when i called back to perform and see another guy laughed and said 510 before 5 and 175 plus after midnight. jacking up the charges all over the board not explaining why. even the lady was saying confusing statements about the price. i warned them to please be specific and not shoot out any number or i reserve my right to file a complaint.
