      I bought a new car, the dealership paid off my *** ** to *** ******** For some reason Autonation sent $5k over what I owed on my *** instead of paying me my amount and *** their amount.So *** accepted the check on 6/27. I called on 7/18 and stated I need to change the address of the refund check. They rep for *** said no problem the check has not been sent out yet. He changed it and said I would receive it in the next 1-2 weeks.I did not receive it and called *** on 8/3. They stated the address was not changed and the check was sent to the wrong house. But they would send me a email confirmation and send the check out in the next 4 days.On 8/8 still no confirmation email or check. I call AGAIN. *** states the refund is under approval and cannot send a confirmation email. I ask to speak to a manager they said, no and to call back in 5 business days. If not approved by then, I can speak to a manager. There is a lot of back and forth with no clarity, I dont understand why my refund is not approved when they have the money already. Every rep has stated something different and I have a lot of money just sitting out there with no resolution in site. I want a resolution and check in my hand ASAP.

      I own at 2016 *** ******* and the engine seized with no warning lights or gauge indicating a problem beforehand. I went to a *** ********** in *********, ** and was told it would not be covered under the warranty since I didn't do the computer upgrade they supposedly sent me years prior. I am the only owner of this vehicle and did not receive this notice. I am now without a vehicle and need *** to honor their extended warranty on this.

      My husband purchased a Kia ******** in November 2021. He died January 13,2022. I have assumed the loan and have been making payments on time since February. To register this vehicle I need a Lien Holders Consent to Transfer Ownership form. I have been calling and emailing weekly. They have sent a letter stating the consent to my DMV but I need the form. They state that they have Fed Ex what I need to my DMV but that was the letter not the Form. I tried to escalate the matter by asking for a supervisor on 8/19 but they transferred me to the warranty department. I called back and repeated my request and the man ask for my email address to send the form. He said it would take 1 day for me to receive the email. As of today 8/22 I have not received anything. I dont know what else to do. I need to tag this vehicle by 8/31/2022.

      I moved from CA to WA in August 2021. *** never sent me any title information to get the car properly registered in the State of WA until February 2022!Then, I bought out a lease on my 2019 *** Niro Hybrid in March 2022. The Lease Buyout was more than was stated in the contract. In July, KMF ********** Finance) sent me an incorrectly completed title. When I took it to the *************** of ********* to have the car registered to my name, they pointed out the mistake. Then they provided all the correct paperwork for KMF ********** to complete. I sent the ppwk to the ********** at ******* Lease Titling Trust, ********************************************** as that is the address on the incorrect title. Instead of signing the ppwk and returning it, they sent a letter stating the odometer was completed incorrectly. That is true, but the "correction" was incorrect!!!! I reached out again on Aug 11 to ask where the original ppwk is, and to give them the "correct" correction.They informed me the corrected letter would be sent in 3 business days.I reached out again on Aug 19 to find out if the letter had been sent. They told me the request was still pending!The call center is located in *************** and the representatives are not equipped to help in any way. They simply repeat information that I already know.I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told they were busy.I need the ********** to send me the ppwk the State of WA requires. which I have provided.I need them to provide contact information so I can talk directly to the title department. I am trying to sell the car and am losing money with each month that passes.I have made numerous calls to ********* Finance but am never allowed to speak to the **********.I can find no information of how to get my request for correct Title information honored in any timely way. Please help! I am desperate.

      multiple ********** ********** dealership visits for service interval setting missing from instrument cluster despite changing mode , it cannot be found. In the radiocontrol navigation panel you can find the setting but it cannot be RESET despite stating its been reset when pressed , however service interval still does not change. this is serious safety hazard as vehicle owner cannot tell when the oil was changed .additionally the car suddenly accelerates after split second lag on pressing the gas paddle instead of speeding ** in sync with pressing the gas paddle , feeling limp in that split second scared that someone may hit your rear .Dealership keeps giving a runaround that KIA ********************** has not sent any advisory etc . Precious hours have been wasted to no avail

      Hello, my name is *********************************, I bought a 2012 *** from a car lot on February 24, 2020, I have had multiple issues already with the car, in February 2021 the speed control sensor went out, in July 2021 the motor locked up due to a recall on ***s part, it took the *** ********** from July 7, 2021 to October 15, 2021 to get the motor replaced. I wasnt given a rental until the last 2 weeks they had the car. When I received the car back my downhill light was on, traction sensor and also my abs light. In July 2022 my engine light came on again for a oil positioning sensor. I have changed the oil every ***** miles so there is no reason the light should be on with having a brand new motor in my car. In August 2022 the window stopped rolling up and down, I replaced the switch, the window motor and now it is a wiring issue with the door. Also this week August 18, 2022 a clicking in the front in started. For me to only have this car 2 years it has caused me nothing but issues, I am still paying on the car

      In June we noticed the *** ****** having engine problems, after research we found out that there was a recall on this model and year. Getting ANY customer service to accept this problem and honor this recall was like pulling teeth from a shark. No one wanted to help, but finally we got one guy to do the order for it. Great. Wonderful. BUT it has been 2 months since anything has been done about it. The part FINALLY came in, but now they aren't going to look at it for another week and a half. BS. Our vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for an engine swap for over 2 months. They will not even give us a loaner vehicle. We have spent our entire summer with 3 kids working it out with one car. The lack of customer care is appalling, the quality of service from the mechanics leaves much to be desired, corporate doesn't care, and frankly I have lost my faith in *** as a company.

      Having a response saying someone will reach out is not good enough... I want further compensation and a resolution. Kia ******** service is part of my complaint so having someone "get back to me" or "get intouch" is not an acceptable solution. I want the vehicle fixed within the next 5 business days and a loaner vehicle in the mean time. 8/26/2022 should be the deadline.

      I bought a *0*1 Kia ** and the car has broken down with a burned out wire harness. My car has been sitting at a dealership for over a month. I've made * payments on a car that I can't drive. I have been told numerous times that I would hear back from someone at the end of the current week and those weeks have come and gone several times. My car is my job I have missed a lot of work because of this and have fallen behind on just about every bill. This is my 3rd Kia * of the 3 have broken down to where it's non-drivable. I was told by the dealership that other people were coming in with the same problem and that they would try a fix on my car that worked for another lady which was to replace the master fuse. My issue is how can it be the master fuse if I am being told that the problem is a burnt out wire harness. NOTHING ELSE SHOULD WORK! Should be just the wire harness that is the issue. I've no t been offered a loaner car, I have been calling twice a week and still no resolution. Weather this is under warranty or not this sounds like a a manufacturing defect. Please help me get a proper resolution to this issue 30+ days of having my car is unacceptable.

      There has been an ongoing issue nationwide with the *** ******** engines. I have been dealing with a burning oil issue and engine issue for months. I spent over ****** a free months ago on the oil issue that is still no better today. The engine, *** is fully aware that there is an issue with the engine however will not state is is a recall as then they will be accountable to replace it. I have been told this by both my local dealership and the warranty company. Two weeks ago my Sorento broke down out of state. It had to be towed back to MA. I was told by the dealership that there are about 12 cars with the same issue in front of mine. It will be several weeks before I can expect any type of resolution. I am without a car and *** will not pay for a rental until the adjuster comes out. This is very disheartening as I am a single mother on a very fixed income. I cannot afford to rent a car and I absolutely need transportation asap. They say it is an issue with the piston in the engine. I really need my car prioritized or need a rental paid for by **** I should also be reimbursed for the issue of which I was charged $800+. Also I purchased the warranty as well on this vehicle.

      We have a 2014 *** ***** 8-17-2019 while my granddaughter was driving the car with her son she heard ****** noise, burning smell, smoke coming from front of the car and it stalled on the highway,blew a rod through the motor and it locked up. We didnt know there was a recall on the ****** so we bought a *** ****** and had it installed.we then received a recall notice, took it in and *** ****** ordered parts needed, we received a call later saying the parts were in and the next day the very same thing happened again as it did two years earlier. Had it towed to *** ****** in *********, **. To be checked out but they wouldnt do anything, just saying it was our fault. I have called *** over and over trying to get them to do something, because there was a recall on the ******, it explained what would happen to the ****** and thats exactly what has to ours. We are senior citizens and still owe on the car. Its sitting on a lot ever since. Please help us if you can thank you
