      My son's received a letter in November 2023 that is 2012 *** was on the recall list for a fuse, that could cause some problems not least of which some with the same issue have caught on fire the letter states. Well it is now getting close to Febuary **** and CORORATE still has not sent this FUSE to the local dealerships garage. I ask WHY NOT????. Are they waiting on someone to get hurt so they get SUED for being NEGLIGENT in their RESPOSIBILITIES. CORPORATE only deserves this one star rating. The dealership my son has dealt with is a 5 star.

      I had the engine problem with my car once it broke down on me I called corporate and could not understand the girls when she gave me information for towing. I had to pay out of pocket to have them tow my car when I sent in my reimbursement 3 months ago I get informed today they will not pay the $496 it took me to have my car towed they will only pay me $75 do not buy *** they are worthless and a very bad company spend your money on something else

      I worked with ***** in the finance company today and he was very respectful and helpful. You need more employees like ***** in your company. The first lady that I was talking to was very short with me and not very friendly but luckly ***** turned my experience into a good one and I think he should be recognized for his excellent customer service.

      I love my 2018 ******** but I am shocked to learn that the gear shift actuator and clutch actuator which are both attached to the transmission case and each have a part that is inserted into the transmission case are NOT COVERED by the 10-year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. The warranty was one of the reasons for purchasing this car! Everyone I have spoken to drank the same koolaid and responded in the exact same manner to the question, "Why are the parts not covered when they are both attached to the transmission each with a piece that is inserted into the transmission and the car will not go if either of them fail?" The answer is always: "we put the part number into the database and it tells us if a warranty covers it." So disappointed with the corporation.

      Worst financing to ever deal with. You speak with individuals who can barely speak english so you have no clue what they are saying and are extremely rude.Had my car through here, never was late for 10 months, then it gets totaled. I paid $1k for a gap policy that paid *** $18.74 and they said to deal with the rest of my balance. Kia ******* and the Gap both said they would take care and I would be left with nothing to pay.4 months after my gap closed i got a call from *** saying i have a balance that hasnt been paid in 3 months and i said no im good then they started saying its already sent to collections and they dont care if it hurts my job. I said why did no one notify me of this and they said they sent me one letter 4 months ago that was never received.Worst company I've ever dealt with and are absolute terrible at their job. Never deal with this company and apologies if you've ever had to deal with them. I can surely feel your pain.

      I love my car! My issue is finding out after I purchased my 2020 *** ******* I found out that it is easy to steal due to defective parts and all someone needs is an iphone charger to start my vehicle. Has someone tried to steal my ********. Were they successful? No. Was damage done? Yes. I have since then gone to a *** ********** to have the anti theft device installed but due to numerous *** thefts none of my own I'm being required to pay $500-$600 for full coverage insurance. That is insane, not only can I Not travel out of town in my car because someone may try to steal it if they don't see the sticker on the window but now I'm being forced to pay an outstanding amount of $$$ for full coverage insurance which I'm required to have because I pay a car note. Something has got to be done, I cannot purchase another car because I did a trade in so I'm left with no options. What is *** doing to offset the costs of so many *** and ******* customers with this same issue?

      *** corporate office has failed to respond adequately. I filed a complaint on December 1, 2023. I was told it was escalated and never received a response until December 13, 2023. At that time I was told a diagnostic needed to be done which was done on December 15 2023. I have yet to have a response the representative alleged yesterday there was a Zoom call to discuss the case and she would call me back that has never happened at this point the vehicle is inoperable for me to drive without endangering my life. I called today several times and still have not response. There are also past and previous issues which lead me to file this complaint. My car has been in the shop multiple times for months at a time and now there's another issue which if I had driven and had the car the entire time I would not have asked for assistance. I will gladly explain further. ****** miles and really disgusted!

      My name is ********************* from **********, buy kia **** 2 months ago from ******. At that day branch manager promised for ***** and paint protection After 2 months he denied from his promise because due to my tru feed back , he told me due to your feed back my employ got negative marking thats why not able to complete my promise Its very embarrassing for me because department need feed back but not true just for his employees insensitive I feel very bad to deal such dishonest and un professional peoples

      I took my car in to have my engine replacement a local dealership did the job I noticed a loud noise coming from my car I called the dealership and scheduled a appointment to bring it back after arriving I was informed I would have to pay for a inspection fee so I pulled out walked back in telling the staff my car wasnt sounding like that before they serviced it so I instantly called *** corporate office speaking to 3 staff members including a manager informing them I wasnt satisfied as a customer its a shame when the recall came out customers like myself wasnt notified we would have to pay outta pocket once the engine was replaced on top of that ******** are being stolen-vandalized broken windows having to pay for towing services-impound fees Im very unsatisfied with *** and Ive had my car for years they need to pay the customers they money back as well as inconvenience fees its a shame Ive had to replace my windows in my car and just now getting my anti theft system installed and still gonna have to get the hood of my car fixed from some guys having a shootout over they *** ******* after some ******** was stolen in a area where my car was parked on top of that the customers have to pay a ton for insurance i am so unsatisfied and all corporate says we apologize this has happened ???? I feel the customers including myself should receive a new car and all our money back for the inconvenience Aw btw whoever attempted fixing my car at the dealership left my alternator screws loose had my car sounding like a airplane about to take off ?? I fixed the issue myself

      My girlfriend purchased a KIA ********* nightfall edition. Its just one of their nicer SUVs they offer. She has kept this vehicle immaculate inside and out. At approximately ****** miles, the motor in the sunroof died. We took it into the *** *********** They said it would be covered under the factory warranty. The vehicle has now been there 4 1/2 months and the sunroof has not been touched. First, they said the part was on a boat coming from **** Then she was told someone mustve complained more then she has and got her part. Now *** is not responding at all. This was her second brand new vehicle from *** and she was absolutely in love with a brand until now. I doubt shell ever buy another one or refer anyone to them again.It looks like its time for the attorneys to get involved. Shes made four payments on the car along with insurance and *** **** payments etc.. The car is devalued by four and a half months. It is setting in a steel building with the top open that rodents and roaches etc. can be crawling in and out of this vehicle that was immaculate. The dealership says *** might reimburse her approximately $40 a day for a rental vehicle , You cant purchase the insurance on a rental vehicle for that .I cannot believe a dealership can get away with this!!!
