      When you move from state to state, you are required to update your insurance and license plates within a certain period of time. However, these idiots have now taken over six weeks and sent the documents to the wrong address. Every time Ive called to try and get them sent to the right address, they tell me that it is being sent out. That has been told to me now for the last four weeks. Kia ******* is a joke, and I wish I would not a ******* my car through them.

      Absolutely terrible company and customer service. They do not care about their customers and car owners at all, leaving ** in danger of our lives with engine issues and in danger for theft due to their shortcomings. DO NOT EVER BUY A ***

      Robbing the hard working American with apps that block your payment. Then they turn around and charge over $40 dollars to pay over a sms app.

      I was back on my car note 2 months *** had the truck repossessed and had me pay 2 times what was owed and shipped it to ********** 4 days after I paid to get the truck back they kept telling me they didnt know where the vehicle was then I get to **** by 2 grayhound buses and Uber and my truck damaged and nobody at *** wants to help me with this issue . Dont finance with ***

      This is my 2nd *** purchase this year. Both brand new 2023 Rio and 2023 Soul. Same problems screen and Bluetooth issues. Interrupting daily drive everyday. Dealer still tells me they are trying to fix this problem. Feels like the only way to fix it is to wait for warranty to go out. Cant use radio maps or Spotify in my cars. What good are they?

      ******************** representatives do not care about resolving your issue. IF you are lucky to get on the phone with them, they pass you off to multiple departments before just hanging up on you. Yes, HANGING UP. I guess my questions were regarding the theft I had experienced with my 2020 Forte, but I would never recommend this company nor its products to anyone I cared about. Maybe my enemies.

      Used to have good product. No longer does and can't get any help with my problem even though I have a case number. If you get someone on the phone it's only because you held at least 45 minutes to get someone and they tell you someone will call you back and they don't. I will not buy *** again! Purchased a new seltos and its been at the dealer with problems for 1 month! Brand new!

      I was told that after my motor blew up from a faulty part that *** did not recall that it was my fault because I never brought it in to be fixed. Due to not being the first owner my car was not under warranty so I took it locally for an oil change there was no way for me to know it needed fixed until my motor was no longer working. I have called customer service multiple times and their excuse as to why it is my fault is they sent a letter to the ORIGINAL OWNER. Thats not me and I got it from a dealership so how was I supposed to know this was done. This should have been a recall plain and simple then it would be my fault. My car has ****** miles on it, gets regularly serviced and I still have a lien for $10,000. *** refuses to help me with anything. Hasn't even offered to give me a deal on a new car. At this point I never want to spend my money with them again. The court case that was being ruled upon pertaining to this faulty part was settled but again because I didn't get it fixed I get nothing from the settlement. *** is taking no responsibility for using faulty parts in their car and for the fact that it was not recalled and there was no way for me to know it needed fixed. Absolutely terrible quality, clearly, and customer service. They seem to not care at all to keep a customer or make things right.

      My car has been at the dealership for over two weeks for issues that are to be repaired under the ************ Lemon Law. The car is a new 2023 Kia ******** that I bought in October 2023 with ***** miles on it. There is an intermittent issue where the rear view camera, lane assist, AC/heat, defoggers, and side warnings do not work. The ************* takes multiple days to respond to any requests from the dealer even after the issue has been escalated by calling the *********** number.

      *** ******** care does not exist. I have called them daily for a week and no one ever answered the phone. I sat on the phone listening to their music for over an hour each time I called. No one should buy a **** *** has had my 2021 *** ** for 1 year and they still have not fixed it and it is not drivable. I will tell everyone I know, not to buy a **** *** has no answers for me and now the number that I have called for a year, no longer works, so I have no one to call at *** ******** care.
