      These people are liars and should be held accountable for what they call customer service errors. I have spoken with 3 Reps and a supervisor concerning an overpayment due to sickness/medication reaction. I even offered to get doctors statements. How is it they automatically draft a payment from your acct and per 2 Reps have to mail out your payment which will take **** days. I accepted that because of situation. Know the 10 days have come and gone, ** told it takes 16 days. I suppose after the 16 days they will add more days. Times are hard for some of financially, yes i was able to pay the note due but not an extra note. So even when youre trying to do the right thing sick or not companies like *** dont deserve those of ** who make payments on time and try to get things done even when theyre sick.

      DONT buy a ***** Engines a horrible and they dont stand behind their product. If you want to be broke and sad then go for itbut not if you want a reliable car.

      Never ever buy *** *** ****** started heating suddenly and leaking oil all over. Not able to drive it anymore now My Kia ******* 2016 working perfectly fine and i had never any issue since last 6 years when i purchased it. But suddenly one day, when i was driving on freeway with family including kids, my *** ****** started getting very hot. I stooped *** in side of freeway on May 27,2023 and called for towing. Next day i took it to nearest service dealership. They told me that my ****** is blown up completely and lot of leakage. They told me that they can't fix this ****** and hence they need to replace it. But they told me that new ****** is not available and they can't even change my ******.I was surprised that my ****** which was perfectly fine, suddenly started heating and leaking oil. Also more surprise that it can't be replaced because they don't have in stock.They returned my *** without fixing. My *** is still here and not able to fix. I request *** to ether fix my *** ****** or replace it or reimburse cost of my ***.

      The worst customer service ever experienced! I wish there was a negative 5 here as an option. These guys have no idea what they are doing and their finance department is literally a joke place and a bunch of jokers with no common sense people work there. Called them over 20 times and never got a simple issue resolved and their supervisors and managers are all the same.

      I HAVE A 2019 KIA ******* THAT IS CURRENTLY UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY BUT I CAN'T GET A KIA ********** TO LOOK AT IT. I HAVE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITH 2 **********S HERE IN ******/******** ******* AND ON BOTH OCCASIONS I WAS ADVISED THAT MY *** HAD TO BE LEFT THERE FOR **** DAYS BEFORE IT COULD BE LOOKED AT. I HAVE EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT MY *** IS EXPERIENCING SOUNDS OF WATER GUSHING WHEN I START IT AND AS I ACCELERATE. NO ONE SEEMS TO ***E THAT MY *** MAY BE EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICATE DAMAGE. AS A MATTER OF FACT I WAS TOLD THAT EVEN AFTER THE *** IS LOOKED AT, IT WOULD PROBABLY BE A LONG TIME BEFORE SOMEONE CAN ACTUALLY FIX IT. I WAS REFUSED A RENTAL *** AS WELL. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS TO DO A BETTER JOB OF HONORING IT'S *** WARRANTIES!

      They won't replace my engine. It has the same engine issue where it uses excessive oil like many people have. I went through 2 steps of the 3 and they said they fixed it. 1 & 1/2 weeks later I started having same issue. I had new coil packs put in right before and it now ruined them because of this. My warranty has expired. I was told its preexisting so I'm covered if any further issues. They lied. Now they want me to pay for retesting and won't replace my 2 month old coil packs that are ruined because they didn't fix my car in the first place. I'll never buy a *** again.

      If I could give this company negative ratings I would. Been dealing with issues for over 8 months. Call and no one returns your calls been calling everyday for the last 4 weeks cant talk with a manger or anything g contacted a lawyer. If you have issues get a lawyer ****

      Never buy a car from this company. absolutely horrendous company that will fervently deny any issues that are their fault and will take absolutely no fault and will make sure you are stuck with whatever bill that comes from there junk cars, I bought a 2018 Kia ******* and it has 74K miles on it when the full engine blew up. called there number and got service people who were rude, sloppy, burped as they answered the phone fumbled the phone and laughed at me when I brought up a complaint. when I finally got to a supervisor (*******) called back 5 days later she stonewalled me and absolutely denied any issue fore this car and was flippant between this vehicle being in a class action and not and not being straight about it. Never buy from this company. They do not care about you. Go elsewhere.

      They have a known defect on their cars like the Kia **** that causes it to burn oil. They refuse to do a recall, putting the car owners are increase physical and financial risk.
