I can't say how much *** has such bad customer service. How badly I want to scream from the roof tops . I am on my 5 the catalytic converter. Each time I call *** they have no issues with the year of my car even tho the years around them have the same issues and are in a recall . *** does nothing for those of ** with the leaks and issues that I have had since day one

In December I purchased a 2022 *** ******** due to the reviews that the 2022-2023 ***s could not be easily stole. My *** was stolen out of a busy parking lot the first weekend in May. I have reached out to *** with no response. I now have tow fees, insurance deductibles, rental car fees, and replacement fees for items ** my car. *** needs to fix their product. There is no response to emails sent and no answer on their customer service lines. POOR product POOR customer service.

I'd give Kia America 0 stars if allowed. 2015 *** ****** Previous owner and myself took great care of the car. We did oil changes every 3k miles, transmission flush, replaced PCV, etc. The Catalytic Converter went out ($3800) so paid to have a new one installed. 5 months later the engine went into limp mode with no piston slap sound. ************* said it passed clearance test, but cylnder walls had scoring. Interesting so how is there scoring if it passed and it always has oil. No explanation from **** ***** warranty 15yr 150k recall warranty isn't being fixed. **************** is a dumpster fire. If you have to call them make sure they open a case and you get the email. Refuse to hang up until you get it. Then ask for evidence they submitted the goodwill to district. My sole purpose in life until I die is to make sure that everyone I know with a *** trades it ** and I stop people from buying new ****** If I was ************************* rich I'd buy *** and then close the business. Don't every buy a **** Read all the reddit posts on the new cars failing. Go buy a ************** or ******

I have owned multiple Kia ********** There's a recall about an issue that *** cause a fire related to a tow hitch. I was first notified about this in September 2022. It is now May 2023 - 9 months later - and there is still no remedy for this issue. It is astounding to me that they haven't fixed this as of yet, given the potential danger.

My 2022 *************** smashed into a wall while I was slowly parking.***************, which I bought brand new on July 19, 2022.On May 5th, 2022 I parked nose into my parking stall, which is located by my apartment. I slowly parked turning into my right and when I braked to come to a full stop, it suddenly lurched forward into the rock wall. It was so violent that the car actually jumped back from the wall, and also, the airbags deployed. My insurance company was notified and they will do an investigation on what happened. I DID NOT have my foot on the gas pedal, but fully on the brake and it went down to the floor board before it lurched (the engine revved up) forward and slammed into the wall. This was my first brand new car ever. I had saved up $29.000 over a period of 10 years and put the rest ($4000) on my credit card. ********* in Kona all of a sudden wasn't so aloha anymore and when I asked if they would send someone out to scan the computer, they said that they would need permission from the service manager and that they were booked out at least 3 weeks. Even though my injuries are not grave, I am devastated!I have full insurance, but I probably won't get enough money to replace my new car.... I doubt if it would be a *** anyway. This was the only car for my elderly husband and myself How will I take him to the doctor/drugstore and get food? The car had about ***** miles on it ?Posted on 5/6/2023

I purchased this BRAND NEW ****************** (only 9 miles when bought) under full warranty 5 year/100000 mile on 4/22/********* months after purchasing my vehicle the Hybrid engine failed and I took the car in for service on February 2, 2023 . To date, *************** and ************************** have not updated the status or fixed my vehicle. *** claimed the vehicle is covered under warranty for free but does not guarantee when the vehicle will get fixed. Therefore and in my opinion *** can take the entire 5 year warranty life to fix my vehicle and still expect payment. (*** ******* is calling me every day for payment). I think it is unfair to continue paying for a vehicle that is not in my possession. I have asked either ******** to either pay my car note until it is fixed, pay off my car and release me from the contract, or give me a new vehicle equivalent to the one I originally purchased. As of 4/25/23, ********************** stated their system was down and no projected date of when the system will be back up. At this point, I want to be released from this financial contract and move on with to purchase a new vehicle. I am stressed out because of this situation and my credit is being affected. I will encourage folks not to buy a *** after this experience. Until my issues are resolved, I will continue to write reviews on this horrible corporation and share on all social media platforms.

Giving 0/5 stars would be my choice. They have done absolutely nothing to merit even a 1/2 of a star. Kia ******* customer service issue it outsourcing to a marginally English speaking service in another country and those employees are extremely poor at serving when you call in. I needed a title for my car when I moved from on state to another. I am currently on my 4th call (holding while I type this). Was told to call today to be given a tracking number for the package that was being mailed to my new DMV. This was after 2 calls the day prior and 1.5 hours of time where the "supervisor" had assured me that all needed requests had been processed and escalated to the title group, which is not a customer facing group. When I called in today, they said there was no such record. Terrible service. Love my **** but this experience is enough to not make me a repeat customer. I guess they think they can do this to customers because of their current popularity. Disgusted!

I had my *** towed to run diagnostics Mar22.I dealt with ****** who was having trouble verifying the **** it would take 24hrs to get an answer from ****the next day I call to check they said couldnt give me any info because ****** knows & he was sick. I talked to him the next ******** said that it was covered under warranty & that I would pay $830. He told me it was already being worked on. I then called every other week to check in & every time he was the one I spoke with. I had been asking for the estimate to be emailed over for the $830. He did tell me it would be about 2-3 more weeks. So its been a couple ********* call yesterday 04/26 to check in as the 2-3 week window was about up. ****** answered, He said yeah I know, then proceeds to tell me the person who was over my case no longer worked there. That I shouldve received a call because the warranty wouldnt cover. I then said *** always dealt with ********* said the warranty did cover, so did ***. He said yeah & now its not covered. I explained you said it was, & that parts were ordered and the work already started. He agreed & then just says no its not being worked on, warranty doesnt cover. So Im upset, trying not too cry & very tongue tied. I said I dont understand how you could tell me it is & it isnt & he said obviously you dont understand, have a nice day, come pick up your car. so I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else & he sent me to ********. She said that emotions got in the way & that made it okay for how ****** acted. I even said so I dont get to have my car fixed even if I pay for it because ****** told me I had to come get it and shes like we can still do the work. She said it would be $8000 & I should call *** first. I called *** who said yeah its covered under extended warranty, heres your contract number. I called this morning with that number,I told her what *** said, gave her the ****************** like yea its covered. my parts were ordered, then cancelled.

While driving to pick up my 2 year old son from daycare, the engine in my *** ****** completed failed and then locked up. Engine shut off and was not able to restart. Although I was going 60 on a highway, I was lucky enough to make it to safety. We had the car towed to a local *** ********** where an inspection was complete. Inspection showed that the problem was in direct result to a recall on the vehicle; however, due to a recall I was never notified about, they are unwilling to fix this issue.... I purchased the vehicle used only a few months ago. I come from a family of **** My wife and I have now purchased three different *****, one being a brand new ****** that we purchased during COVID to help out with sales.. We've referred both my mother-in-law and father-in-law who also purchased TWO brand new vehicles with ***, as well as a usedthird. The only non*** vehicle our family owns is a truck (which if you offered, we would have purchased from you as well). The vehicle in question is the only method of transportation that we have to get my kids to and from school/daycare and for me to get back and forth to work (wife drives our van). I have not asked for a rental, nor have I threatened legal action (even knowing that *** has several class action lawsuits). All we want is for *** to do the right thing and repair our daily driver. Without this vehicle, I'm not sure how our family is going to make it and I know we do not have the money to cover an expense to this amount.
