      If I could give negative stars I would!! This raggedy company put a "30 days delinquent in payment" on my file which caused my credit score to drop EIGHTY FIVE points! When you call the automated system, AND speak to a rep, they both say the vehicle has been paid in full for over 60 days. NOT a happy customer, and so glad I left!

      *** NEEDS TO STEP UP. My 2015 *** **** was broken into in order to steal. I caught them in the act, windows broken, steering wheel stripped.I paid $14k in 2021. OVERPRICED. I have a warranty. I replaced windows and fixed steering wheel. I called *** ********** regarding the engine immobilizer they NEGLECTED TO PLACE ON THEIR VEHICLES in the FIRST PLACE and was told I'd have to wait for a recall letter.. I called the main customer service number THREE TIMES regarding the software update for an engine immobilizer so I can be assured my vehicle will be sitting in my driveway every morning. I sat on hold 1.5 hours the first two times, third time I left a callback number. Of course, *** CANT EVEN HONOR me with a phone call back. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

      *** is the absolute lowest level of automobile manufacturing in existence. Im almost impressed with how awful *** has proven customer service can be - this is a whole new level of disappointment. Ive never seen a company waste their customers time (along with the time of multiple body shops) in such a manner.I will never be buying a ************* or ******* again and will gladly help others actively avoid this hell-hole of a company for the rest of my life.Only buy if you want your paint to be chipped to a near bald vehicle in the first ten years because thats what it looks like will happen. ****** *** ********************* paint chipping and check the images. Its a huge issue that theyre unwilling to resolve.The worst part is that they acted like they would fix their mistake when we called customer service. They had us get estimates from three different body shops. It was so hard to find even one body shop that would take it for an estimate and now I understand why. *** pulls this so often that all of our local body shops know its a waste of time. I had one mechanic even try to let me know ahead of time that *** wasnt going to fix the issue but I foolishly believed *** would follow through.*** will lead you on for months and drag it out as long as possible just to deny the claim if its over 25k miles. It feels like their strategy is to drag out the original claim until the car inevitably breaks down and has more issues. These cars are not built well. Theyre known to have engine issues and cut corners in many areas.Before they declined to fix their paint chipping issue, they even tried having us go back for a second estimate to every single body shop that worked hard to give us an estimate for free. They are clearly wasting the time of their customers intentionally to delay their inevitable claim denial.I wish I did more research before buying from this brand. Avoid buying ************* or ******* at all costs. Theyre all owned by the same company.

      I purchased my 2014 *** new. I October 2022 with 116K miles on it, the engine died. I always had the maintenance done, but because it was over the 100K warranty, they said there was nothing they could do. Don't buy a *** if you want a car to last more than 8 years.

      If I could give ZERO stars I would. KIA ******* customer service is THE WORST!!. Takes forever to answer a call, and when they do you can hardly understand them. And then they don't know how to help. I have been waiting over 6 months to do a state to state ***** transfer. The ***** department sent the ***** to my local DMV twice without signing the Lienholder Release and reassignment to me as the new owner. Total incompetence. They should be familiar with DMV procedures. Now I have to wait another 90 days for the ********** DMV main office to review and likely will have to send it back to the KIA ***** department to do this all over again! I can't even sell this car until it is legally in my name! Never do business with Kia ********* Very unhappy customer.

      2016 Kia ****** bought used back in 07/2022. No issues until 02/2023. Out of nowhere there is no acceleration. Car revs up and pulls forward. Used my code reader and got P0010 camshaft position actuator A code. Took it to the dealership and a auto shop they got the same code. Engine is bad. Researched and found many other owners of this car have been having the same issue since it came out. No warranty and no recall. $2,000 to repair the engine but it needs a new engine otherwise same issue will keep happening. Called KIA ***** and they say nothing can be done. Rep ****** a product improvement notice was sent to previous owner and it was never taken in. So Im left with a car that engine is going to eventually go out.

      Purchased a 21 Telluride and the window trim on their nightfall packages is a known issue. The discoloration on a 50K vehicle should not be happening. The dealerships won't cover under warranty and *** supports their decisions. They say it's due to weather. No *** you made a poor choice in materials.

      *** is the worst.! My motor went out on my 2018 *** Optima . They said its nothing they can do. Mind you I took my car to the dealership a couple of times with the engine light on . They turned my engine light off and pretty much bandaged my car until it got right over the ******* miles, then say I need a new motor . They denied the recall and denied goodwill . So many people told me not to purchase a car from *** and I can really see why. Please please stay a way from *** vehicles, they are cheaply made and dont honor what they say .

      Stay away from this company. The first month alone they try to take three payments. Their customer service is like being gang rapped by gorillas. Very unprofessional I tried to make a payment the day before it was due and my account was already sent to collections. How you going to send my account to collections before my due date? Don't make no sense.
