    I cancelled an order from Balmy Drum They acknowledged my cancellation i was charged and sent multiple emails but no response I want a full refund ASAP I cancelled this on 4/7/24

    On December 2, 2023, I ordered a blue 10"- 11 tones Balmy Drum with assurances that it would arrive the week before Christmas. It was a gift for my 4 yr. old grandson. When it did not arrive as promised, I contacted the company. They told me it was in transit. It arrived Dec. 28. I had already purchased another elsewhere so he would have a Christmas gift on Christmas. I refused the package and returned it to the US ************** Jan. 2, 2024 and Notified Balmy Drum it was on it's way back. This was the package's return address: ****, ************************************************** (weird, huh?) When I never heard from them again, I contacted *********** (my credit card). They credited the amount back while they investigated. Then charged it back when Balmy Drum said they didn't have it and left further action up to me. I have since reached out to Balmy Drum twice with not a single word in response. I had even included a $5.85 tip with my order. They can keep that but I would like the rest back.

    I purchased the product. Within a less than reasonable time period of use (approximately 30 days), the product started to deteriorate. The website has strong claims about the quality of the product and the companys support for those claims. When I requested to return the product, I was told it was outside the window of return, even though there is no timeframe posted on the specific sections of their website. I believe this is deceptive marketing.

    Ordered two Balmy Drums on Nov 22, 2023 and have not received them. I contacted Balmy Drums customer support by email, for the first time on Dec 12th to check on delivery status. I had yet to receive these items within the **** business days as promised. I contact Balmy Drums customer support by email again on January 3rd and January 4th requesting a full refund and was denied. Balmy Drums customer support representative *********************** assured me my items were in transit - despite their **** status showing the SAME as it did on Nov 22nd, 2023. I have reached out again today and requested a full refund.

    Tried to cancel an order within 3 business days. Denied and told to return. Returned items, paid $78.00 to return via ****** ***** delivered with photo delivery confirmation as well as tracking number. Balmy emailed acknowledging the return and advised refund in **** business days. That has come and gone. There are 28 emails back and forth. My refund is past due and correspondence is now being ignored.

    I bought a drum from Balmy Drum World on November 23,2023 for Christmas. My credit card was charged that day. Still have not received drum. Been asking for refund but Balmy Drum keeps telling me its in route and gives my a phony tracking number thats says its still waiting for item. Ive believe this a some type of scam.

    We found this product via an ad campaign they were running on Instagram. The product looked amazing and we were so excited to get it for our kids Christmas present. It was black Friday weekend and we ordered the balmy drum and the drum sticks on November 23rd for $166.77. We received confirmation of the order #*****. At the beginning they said it would be 7 to 15 business days for the product to arrive. I kept watching the tracking information and noticed that it was updating but that it was going back and forth between the company and the logistics company. **** was not receiving it. Than on December 7th I reached back out to get an update as the product hadn't been given to **** yet. The company said it could take up to 15 business days so I decided to trust them and wait as it would still be arriving before Christmas. Than the week of arrive came and I noticed no update to tracking. I reached back out and the support email from Balmy said that it was now expecting delivery between 7 to 17 business days. We have now passed the 17 business days and there has been NO change in the tracking or status of the order. At this point it will NOT be here by Christmas so we need to get our children something else. We would like a FULL REFUND of this product. Seems like a major scam to me.

    March 8, 2023 I ordered a drum for the amount of $139.90 and on March 17th I got an email stating that my drum was on it's way. I reached out to customer service on March 29th. They responded that it would be forwarded on to the shipping department and I would have a response back within 24 hours. My order number is ***** and tracking was done with *** Express YT2306821272037924 which said that it had been returned to sender on March 23.

    I ordered a Meditation drum from balmydrum on November 18 2022. Order number is 17171. On checkout I upgraded the offer by buying the drum with the matching stand. Total price was 188.91. I immediately received a confirmation of order. On November 19 I received an email that the product was on its way with a tracking number. On November 27 I received another email that my order was on its way. I received an incomplete order on November 30. I did not receive the stand only the drum with the mallet. I was not happy with the quality of the drum and emailed support to tell them I did not receive the full order and was unhappy with the quality of the drum and was returning it. I Also sent a confirmation of what I had ordered and told them what I was missing and that I expected a full credit back to my card. I repackaged the drum and sent back that same day with tracking which I payed an extra 27.00 dollars for. They responded with that they can give me a 5 percent discount on another order. I told them it was too late and that I had returned the drum already. They say on their website that if returned within 30 days in package sent that you can get a full refund after receipt of item. The package was received by December 5, 2022. Today is December 9 and I still had not heard from the company so I emailed support again. They responded by telling me to take a picture of what I received and that they can give me a 5 percent refund. I payed 188.91 and expect the full amount to be credited to my card for a product that was not even complete or to quality. They are giving me the run around and I’ve told them this is poor business practice. I expect a full refund.
