    *** submitted multiple tickets threw out the last 3 months to update my information and Ive tried calling never received any response or answer. Horrible company.

    Review are accurate. Not possible to get ahold of anyone and still dont have access to my earnings. Truly unbelievable and u professional service. I have stopped doing spark because of them.

    This company is a scam. My husband has not been paid! ******* should be ashamed! No customer service, voice-mail full, no payments!!! Until people start putting the companies that utilize them on blast they will continue their unethical practices. If they can see the orders from ******* being delivered then ******* plays a part as far as their inaction! Spark is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Contact the *** in your states to promote action!

    DDI is a scam. They have not paid my husband who did work for Spark. They do not answer calls or all voicemails are full. They do not return emails or online help ticket. Please call the US ********** of ***** wages division and file a complaint! Or your local labor department.

    So I worked about 9 days for this company DDI (Spark Delivery for ******** and I've been trying to get a hold of DDI without any success. I spoke to spark delivery support and they gave me three numbers one of which has nothing to do with the help I needed but it was in regards to background checks.. I called the other 2 numbers provided to me but every time I hit an option it takes me to another automated service giving me the same options or the phone keeps ringing no one ever picks it up and the voice mailbox is full. They owe me close to $300... When I report this to spark they say they are the third party and I need to get a hold of DDI No help whatsoever...so no payment and to put the icing on the cake a huge loss on gas

    For senior citizens or people that have disabilities I sympathize. Other than that I hope every person gets ripped off badly. Customer, merchant, driver. This needs to happen so the government can step in and have better oversight. FIND A REAL JOB.

    Extremely bad service. Support does not exist. They keep you on hold for 2+ hours and if they don't just answer and hang up on you, you will wait 2 more hours just for the call to "drop". And forget leaving a message, their voice mail box is full and hangs up on you. F*** ******* for using this scam of a company

    How they are still in business and why a reputable company such as ******* would use Spark who uses DDI is beyond my understanding. I STILL have not received my **** information and there has yet to be even a response via phone or email. Their mailbox is always full and no live person answers. I have never seen anything like this in all my life. I am kind of happy that I never gave them my social or other information that could be used because at this point, I am wondering if this is a real company.

    DO NOT even bother with this company! All you will receive is a headache and they clearly do not care about you or the retailers they claim to support. I applied to be a driver on their website and apparently that is just a shell because your application won't go anywhere and their "support" is not monitored. After sending at least 10 requests for assistance without response and calling 5 times to get full mailboxes...this is clearly a SCAM. Please do not provide this company with your SSN and birth date information. God knows what they are doing with it since they are clearly not screening drivers. PLEASE DO READ THE OTHER VERY SIMILAR REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS!!!

    I have tried to create an account and become a Spark driver, but every time it says I need support for additional help. I have called and emailed sooooo many times. I have unfortunately made several accounts thinking it would allow me under one of them. I have 3 ticket numbers. I have emailed, called all kinds of numbers and only to go to a full voice mail and put on hold for 2 1/2 hours and then disconnected. I dont understand why this company can have all the ******* delivers and have no customer service. There has to be a better way. Why do this to all these people that need a job and you have all this work. Someone please help!
