None have impressed me the way **EBizCharge** did this week.* **Background:** A customer filed a chargeback that slipped past our internal response window, and the bank automatically refunded the buyer. Ordinarily that would be the end of the storyand an expensive ****** for us.* **What Happened Next:** * ****** in EBizCharges ******************* team (or one of her colleagues****** reached out first) jumped in without being asked. * They gathered the necessary documentation, crafted a rebuttal, and submitted it directly to the bank on our behalf. * Within days we received confirmation that the dispute had been **reversed in our favor**we kept the sale, and the funds were returned to our account.* **Why This Matters:** * Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming, even when the merchant is in the right. Having a provider that proactively **defends its merchants** is rare. * EBizCharges team treated the issue as if it were their own money on the line. Their expertise and follow-through saved us both revenue and administrative headaches. * After two decades in online retail, I can say this is the **best customer-service experience Ive had with a payment processor**.* **Bottom Line:** If youre looking for a merchant services partner that **stands behind you, communicates clearly, and fights for legitimate transactions**, I can recommend EBizCharge without reservation.     At Century Buisness Solutions, *************************** is a vital component in that company and why we keep our business there. Our old Case Manager left the company and she stepped in seamlessly. She addressed all my concerns and resolved them quickly. She always responds to me within 24 hours, even thoe we have a 6 hour time difference. Which in buisness world is AMAZING! She is even helpful with streamlining your quickbooks and Ebiz, we really appricate the extra knowledge.Thank you ******* for all of your continued help!

    We have been with Century Business Solutions, using **********, for almost 7 years now. We have used the integration with both QuickBooks and NetSuite. The QuickBooks integration is great. The NetSuite integration works well, but it's not as intuitive as the QuickBooks integration. For a short time, about 5 years ago, we switched to another processor, but soon realized ********** was far superior in every way.
