I have a dental mill which has been out of operation for a month now. We have called RolandDGShape multiple times to have the mill serviced. We have done everything they have instructed us to do with ******* videos but the machine needs a technician. Their excuse is that they are short staffed. I just paid them $2860.94 on May 8, 2025 for an extended warranty which appears useless since they will not send a technician. I am backed up with work in my clinic since this equipment is mission critical. I have never had a major manufacturer have such terrible service.

Bought a printer that has been consistently broke down. Will not do anything to help. Stuck with a machine that the parts cost more than the machine does

One of our DGShape DWX52-D dental milling machines has not been in proper working conditions since around February of this year. Our reseller of the machine has done all they can but when the problem kept on persisting, higher level of support is needed which would be Roland DGA however, their response is "Deal with it". To explain, we have 3 of these machines in our lab and 2 of them work fine, ***** out projects properly and if there are issues they are resolved quickly but our last machine would work for a few months and then start to mill badly. Our reseller would come, do their job and the machine would work for a few months and then the same problem would occur. After the 3rd time of this on and off, our reseller reached out to Roland and they seem to not care even though the machine is under warranty. Their solution is to throw the manual at us and tell us to deal with it instead of trying to find out why a warranty machine keeps on milling badly. We know there is something wrong because when a mill project fails on said machine, I would take the same exact unaltered file and mill it through one of the other machines and the other machines would mill that exact file perfectly fine so this tells us that the machine is faulty. Since this machine is under warranty we want it repaired and back up running properly and not be told to just deal with it.

The printer is very poorly designed. I have had a year and 6 months opened tickets no help. I was under the impression that my package I bought from US Cutter was with warranty longer than a year! I paid ***** dollars! The machine is currently at ***** for a new one . I have been totally ripped off and have a poor quality printer that is now pouring out ink!

A Windows update created an issue with a driver for a vinyl cutter I bought from Roland. I've tried multiple times to contact the company and they seem to purposefully avoid allowing customers to contact them. As far as I know, they have not fixed the problem and I cannot use the product I bought from them. If they've updated the driver, there is no way for me to know because they make correspondence impossible.

Purchased a Roland bn20d printer in July 2023 and has nothing but problems. Slow, ruins prints, noisy, wastes ink and have had technicians out twice and both times they had no clue about this machine. Now Roland has dropped the price on this machine to $4900 ( probably to get rid of these boat anchors) customer support to tech support is horrible and nothing has be done. This machine is a lemon. Been buying Roland machines for 25 years and never again. District manager has been useless as well
