    We currently own several Roland printers, which have generally served us well. However, our experience with the ***********640 has been nothing short of frustrating, largely due to Rolands poor customer service. The machine, only a few months old, has been non-operational for over five weeks, resulting in significant downtime and lost revenue. Attempting to reach Rolands customer service is challenging, as their contact information is not readily accessible.When we finally connected with a representative, we were informed that the printer likely needs replacement, but a factory representative must inspect it first. Despite waiting over five weeks, were still without a clear resolution. Rolands stance on scheduling assistance at 'their leisure' rather than prioritizing our business needs has left us feeling unsupported and undervalued.Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and the subpar customer service. This experience has impacted our trust in the Roland brand.

    I have had nothing but issues with my Roland bn-20D printer. The technician they sent would not even return my messages after he left and said he would keep the call open. The issue is still unresolved and with a printer head. Not to mention i have had brand new ink cart put in the white slot it read it just fine until the tech came and he claimed it was my ink cart and not the printer.....still not resolved.... And now to hear they are discontinuing this product is infuriating.. the product is under warranty as well, you cannot get anywhere with this company its a complete run around!!! At this point i really just want my money back, ive not even had this machine for 3 months!
