After reading an article about the founder of this company, I decided to give them a try - and I regret leaving Quicken Loans. I am required to mail in a money order or cashiers check and they never seem to receive it on time. They are threatening Foreclosure. I am going to have to spend an extra $40 per month to do an express mail with delivery confirmation. This company is shady and it won't surprise me to see a class action lawsuit against them in the future.LoanDepot

Ive been a customer of theirs for a few years. I made a payment before the 30 days and it played basketball and I had to replace it. In the meantime off to credit reporting it went. 60 point hit. I called them they would not do anything. Stay away from them or make sure you are never ever late.LoanDepot
