If I could give no stars this company (loan depot *******) definitely deserves it, the advice given to my wife and to pay off or down unnecessary debt following their instructions down to the last word only to have credit score go down at the end of the process. Money wasted only to have to start over with another company. Very unprofessional and reliable. Expensive ****** learned.

From the start, ***** promptly provided a pre -approval and followed through with his team until the house purchase was finalized. The closing costs came out to be what we expected. Thank you ***** (and team) for your time and effort in making it happen for us!!LoanDepot

Horrible experience specially, with my partial claim every document has been rejected. I understand the first one was because of signature, but I did call to verify and I signed it the way they told me to the second time they told me that one of the numbers on the date look like a three but was clearly a five which the representative did see and agreed the third copy they sent to have it corrected and told me they cant read the notary stamp. This has been an horrible experience has caused me stress Out this world and my mental getting the best of me because of this and the lack of communication the representatives like I get no communication from this company whatsoever I have no idea whats going on and I have to restart this process all over again when all Im trying to do is get The assistance thats out there to help me. The language barrier is horrible because they outsourced the calls and every representative does not know what theyre saying and providing me invalid information.LoanDepot

I called and tried to have my late fee waived do to a honest mistake on my end, basically I was on your website to make a payment and thought it went thru but it did not and now there is a late fee which when I called today it was not allowed to be waived, its very clear YOU DO NOT care about your customers, when rates drop and I refi your the last lender on the planet I would let refinance my mortgage with. Its to bad this company is not smart enough to think ahead and taking care of there customers I just learned is not there priority. I have never been late on my mortgage before this is the first time it happened.LoanDepot

Loan depot sent my home info out to family members asking them if they would like to refinance my home or use the equity in my home. My current loan is not even with them. This is said business practices to not even confirm your sending info to correct person.LoanDepot

CROOKS, ROBBERS, AND FRAUD!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY TELL YOU YOUR LOAN IS APPROVED, GET YOU TO PAY FEES, DECLINE YOUR LOAN, AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT ON THEM!!LoanDepot

NEGATIVE STARS. Absolutely Terrible Experience. Loan Depot is slow with terrible communication, terrible customer service; terrible underwriting process; theyre terribly fragmented and frankly just a broken system that places most of the responsibility on the client. Choosing them was a huge mistake. The loan finally funded after I insisted on speaking with senior management. Im a return customer and Id absolutely never recommend Loan Depot to another human being. Run the other way -FAST; Its just not worth the hassle or frustration.LoanDepot

My loan officer called a member of my family unaffiliated with the loan to speak about our credit, my employment history, also using fear of approval with another lender as a means to leverage our business. This is a breach of consumer privacy and aside from the breach he threatened me over the phone saying Im going to get it, karma is coming for you ****** This is unprofessional after all I requested was a withdrawal of my loan and a refund of the appraisal deposit. I am reporting this to the **** for review as well.LoanDepot
